Pros:

La comida del restaurante es buena

Cons:

La habitación no servía la tv y al cambiarnos de habitación nos dieron una peor, no cerraba la puerta del baño, no servía el clima, no servía el teléfono, el baño no tenía ni extractor ni ventilación por lo tanto se llenaba de vapor todo el cuarto y el bochorno era insoportable, el baño no tenía cancel en la regadera y era un mojadero por todos lados, la justificación que dieron de la habitación es que era una habitación para personas con discapacidad y era la única disponible lo cual se me hace bastante incómodo que para una persona con discapacidad la habitación tenga muchas limitantes.

Opción para viaje exprés con buena opción de desayuno.

La atención del personal durante el desayuno, la comida del buffet y la limpieza del lugar.

Cons:

El aire acondicionado tiene que solicitarse en la recepción, no fue fácil comunicarnos con recepción y a pesar de que se solicitó la activación tuvimos que bajar a recepción a solicitar que se activara. La activación de la puerta con la tarjeta era complicada, tenías que abrir la puerta rápido porque el seguro se trababa de inmediato.

El desayuno es bueno.

Cons:

El cuarto no lo limpian a conciencia, hay muchos espacios con suciedad acumulada no se ve nada agradable, ya estan deteriorados los muebles, la cama ya esta muy desgastada, ya no es comoda, las lamparas no funcionan todas y hay poca iluminacion en la habitacion, la tv es vieja, con mala imagen y muy pequeña.
