he ido 3 veces, desde el 2016 no iba, pero encontré el hotel desmejorado en pequenas cosas, como por ejemplo, a la piscine le faltan baldositas, en la playa hay una zona VIP que si tu quieres utilizar debes pagar, antes habia mucha mas variedad en el menu y de verdad era todo incluido ahora en el menu hay platos que tu debes pagar si tu los quieres, creo que antes habia un canadiense que administraba el hotel y habian mas extranjeros por lo tanto habia mas variedad en el munu.

We were upgraded to a suit so we were delighted to have a jacuzzi and the staff was very helpful and friendly.

The property is very enjoyable and the room on that we stayed was superb. The staff was super friendly. The bartenders were very chilled and happy making your day better.
