he ido 3 veces, desde el 2016 no iba, pero encontré el hotel desmejorado en pequenas cosas, como por ejemplo, a la piscine le faltan baldositas, en la playa hay una zona VIP que si tu quieres utilizar debes pagar, antes habia mucha mas variedad en el menu y de verdad era todo incluido ahora en el menu hay platos que tu debes pagar si tu los quieres, creo que antes habia un canadiense que administraba el hotel y habian mas extranjeros por lo tanto habia mas variedad en el munu.

Buen lugar; pocos vendedores, playa privada, instalaciones bonitas, aseadas y tranquilas.
Mas variedad de comida, servían comida como un corrientazo, mas opciones de mar siendo un hotel de la costa.
La vista, la playa, la piscina.
Algunas cosas no funcionan tan bien, como la tv y el aire acondicionado.
The property is very enjoyable and the room on that we stayed was superb. The staff was super friendly. The bartenders were very chilled and happy making your day better.

El servicio en el chek in muy demorado. la información toda verbal e imprecisa. El servicio en la playa muy malo, pedí dos asientos y una sobrilla y me dijeron que ya no habian mas a las 9AM, sin embargo, al poco tiempo vi que a otros huespedes si se las daban, supongo que daban plata.
Personnel agréable, bons repas, mer chaude, piscine chaude, propreté, presque assez de sièges.
Pas assez de personnel à la réception et gestion déficiente des groupes. Manque de communication au sujet des soupers au restaurant et utilisation déficiente du système de réservation. Porte de la douche extrêmement difficile à ouvrir. Taxi au départ demandé 3h à l’avance mais pas appelé, retard de 15m.
La atención malísima, nunca cambiaron las sábanas. Encima nisiquiera llenaron el frigobar ni agua pusieron. Los restaurantes nunca están disponibles, las habitaciones siempre olieron a humedad
Todo un desastre, malísimas vacaciones, las peores que he tenido, deberían replantear su funcionamiento, además que nos hicieron hasta tres pagos, nunca tenían la cuenta
