Atardeceres espectaculares
Primero: comunicarse por teléfono es casi imposible y cuando lo logramos, pedimos ingresar antes a las instalaciones así no tuvieramos habitación. Pese a que nuestra salida en el retorno era 5 am no nos permitieron y nos ofrecieron un pasadía con pago adicional...
Segundo. Tienen unos restaurantes de reserva, uno de los más interesante es nativos que no funcionó fin de semana ni festivo (no lo vimos).
Tercero. Estabamos en una suite y pese a ser un hotel todo incluído nunca hicieron re fill de la nevera.
Cuarto. Que no haya lluvia porque en los pasillos no hay protección y termina uno lavado

🏨 Check-in & Food
Check-in is at 3pm, but lunch isn't available at that time — only limited snacks (burger, nachos, or soup). The soup option is a nice touch for guests arriving tired from their trip. Heads up: after 5:15pm there's also no food available until dinner time, so there's a long window with no options.
🌧️ When It Rains
If it rains, the beach and pool close, basketball court, and tennis court are always disabled — there's basically no covered backup activities.
👶 Kid Fun Club
It shows up on the hotel map, but in practice it no longer exists. Important to let families with kids know so they don't count on it.
🏖️ Umbrellas & Beach
Before the official beach opening time, umbrellas are already "reserved" — guests wake up early, place a hotel towel, and leave. This creates frustration for guests who show up at the actual opening time.
🛍️ Beach Vendors
There are vendors on the beach who will ask multiple times even after you've said you're not interested.
🍹 Drinks
All bar drinks come with alcohol by default. Asking for a non-alcoholic version can get an attitude from the bartenders — worth mentioning so clients know what to expect.
🧳 Luggage Carts
Tricky to maneuver in and out of the elevator — a minor but annoying logistical detail.

Excelente relación calidad precio, instalaciones excelentes, la alimentación muy rica, espacios adecuados.
La atención en horas pico del bar y recepción, debido a que contaban con una sola persona para la atención, generando demoras y filas.
Las instalaciones, la comida, no tuvimos que hacer filas, la limpieza, actividades extra en las noches, zonas verdes hermosas.
La actitud de la chica que sirve los snacks es terrible. Faltan duchas al salir de la playa, solo hay una. Faltan baños, solo hay uno en toda la zona social. Y como sugerencia, revisar las habitaciones antes de entregarlas...en la nuestra, no servia la luz del baño y tuvimos que esperar hasta que fueran a arreglarla.
La comida muy rica, superior que en cualquier todo incluido. La habitación era cómoda estaba en buen estado y limpia
Deberían tener más personal en los bares ya que había momentos donde se acumulaba lo huéspedes y tocaba esperar y solo era una persona antendiendo
Un espacio amplio rodeado de mucha naturaleza
Las instalaciones, la piscina, el tamaño de las habitaciones y la naturaleza que está en el lugar.
El aire acondicionado de la habitación tiene un ruido que molesta, nunca nos dieron toalla para secar las manos, el staff es poco atento en la zona de restaurantes.
El servicio. Su gente es calidad aunque los señores de los kioskos se ven un poco tristes
