No habia ventilador ni aire acondicionado. La cama fe matrimonio y yo queria individuales.

Que la cama era de matrimonio cuando pedí que fuesen dos camas individuales.
No había aire acondicionado ni un ventilador. Envié un mensaje y no hubo respuesta , me parece muy mal por parte del establecimiento que no contestaran ni para decir que no tenian solución. Hacía mucho calor!!

TRES MAUVAIS hygiène déplorable cafard, chambre vétuste

réservation sur 2 lits simples ou jumeaux arrivé c'était un lit double, nous avons demandé à l'accueil à 19h30 pour avoir une chambre comme commandé + la facture, nous avons attendu jusqu'à 21h15 sans aucun retour de quiconque, personne n'est revenu à l'accueil pendant le delta, ensuite il y avait des cafards dans la chambre voir photos transmise nous sommes descendue pour faire une réclamation, mais personne à l'accueil et dans les couloirs !!!!, ensuite dimanche matin à 6h30, on a réclamé pour la seconde fois la facture et pour leur indiqué l'état déplorable de la chambre (cafard chambre vétuste etc...), la personne qui était à l'accueil est partie sans un mot, nous avons attendu jusqu'à 6h45, et avons du partir pour notre RDV, à ce jour nous avons essayé de contacter par téléphone l'hôtel personne ne répond, nous demandons la copie de la facture, nous sommes une société et le remboursement

Calme et serenité

L'emplacement,le calme et la sûreté de l'établissement est vraiment exceptionnelle,je recommande grandement.

Cons:

Nous nous sommes rendus deux fois dans cet établissement et la deuxième fois l'accueil a été vraiment médiocre,contrairement à la première fois où l'accueil était vraiment exceptionnel.
