Because of the breakfast experience, I am not sure whether I would choose to stay here again.
Pros:

A small but pleasant hotel located about 15–20 minutes from Venice by tram. The receptionist was very helpful and provided us with detailed information and maps explaining how to reach Venice city centre. There is a tram stop approximately 300 metres from the hotel. From there, we were able to travel directly to the centre of Venice on a single tram and return comfortably on the same route at the end of the day.

The room was sufficiently spacious, and the bathroom was clean. However, the sound insulation could be improved, as we could hear noises from the bathroom in the next room.

The breakfast the following morning was disappointing. The selection was very limited. In addition, some of the staff members serving breakfast appeared rather unfriendly. It felt as though they were waiting for us to finish our breakfast and leave as soon as possible, and they did not seem particularly happy with their work.

Cons:

The breakfast experience was the complete opposite of our otherwise positive impression of the hotel. The menu was inadequate, the selection was very limited, and some of the staff members appeared unfriendly.

Confort a un paso de Venecia
Pros:

El personal fue adorable en todo momento. Muy servicial y atento. La ubicación es buena si quieres alojarte en una zona más tranquila. El hotel está muy bien comunicado en cuanto a transportes: hay buses y tranvias muy cerca y en 20-30 min estás en Venecia. El desayuno es variado y la habitación cuenta con lo básico. Por cierto, el hotel se divide en dos edificios por lo que, como fue en nuestro caso, tuvimos que ir al otro edificio a desayunar.

Cons:

No funcionaban todos los enchufes de la habitación. De hecho, no funcionaba el del baño para usar la plancha del pelo, por ejemplo. De vez en cuando saltan los plomos de las luces.

Příjemný hotel s výjimečně ochotným personálem.
Pros:

Hotel byl velmi pohodlný, čistý a útulný. Personál byl po celou dobu pobytu příjemný, profesionální a vstřícný. Oceňuji také skutečnost, že anglicky hovořili nejen pracovníci recepce, ale i ostatní zaměstnanci hotelu. Snídaně byly standardní, s dostatečným výběrem – k dispozici byla klasická anglická snídaně, sýr, uzeniny, sladké pečivo, jogurty a další běžný sortiment.

Pokoj byl krásný, každý den pečlivě uklizený a poskytoval veškerý potřebný komfort. Matrace byly spíše měkčí, což však může být pro mnoho hostů příjemné.

Zvláštní poděkování bych ráda věnovala zaměstnankyni hotelu, paní Madaleně, která nás obsluhovala během snídaní. Náhodou jsme se potkali v centru města, kde jsme si nevěděli rady s orientací a kvůli frontě jsme se nedostali k přepážce informačního centra. Paní Madalena nás sama oslovila, zavolala na nás a ochotně za námi přišla, aby nám poradila s cestou. Svou ochotu vysvětlila slovy, že kdyby se sama ocitla v podobné situaci v zahraničí, také by ocenila pomoc od místních.

Její laskavý a nezištný přístup na nás s partnerem udělal velký dojem. Ještě jednou jí touto cestou srdečně děkujeme. Takoví zaměstnanci jsou pro hotel skutečnou vizitkou a přidanou hodnotou.

Cons:

Pokud bych měla zmínit jednu drobnost ke zlepšení, byla by to kvalita kávy u snídaně. Osobně jsem proto raději volila čaj. Ve všech ostatních ohledech však byly snídaně na velmi dobré úrovni.

Cons:

Кровать оочень скрипит, персонал в зале на завтраках ведет себя не тактично. Регулировка кондиционера только по просьбе через рецепцию.

Pros:

L’emplacement était parfait pour aller à Venise

Cons:

Le petit déjeuner était passable, l’eau de la machine à café sent la vase, je l’aurais signalé mais rien n’a changé.
La literie, je pense qu’ils ont investi dans des protège matelas imperméable, ce qu’il fait que dès que je bougeais, ça faisait un bruit horrible!!!
