Breakfast consider variety. Staff is nice and helpful. Need to the tram/bus to the Venice city, but 5-7 min walk to the tram station.
Room is clean and spacious. You can get tram and daily ticket from the hotel receptionist. Another good point is they allow early check in if room available. Luckily I manage to check at 10 am.

Good location to get a taxi into Venice
The coordination was a joke. Breakfast was meant to start at 7am, but we were stopped from going in because the hotel had over 100 people from the coaches and were letting them in first in breakfast sittings. We weren’t told anything about this beforehand or at check-in.
After having to ask what was going on, we were finally let in, but it was absolute chaos. There were people everywhere and you couldnt get to the breakfast, let alone enjoy it.
The room wasn’t much better either. The floor was dirty, and you couldn’t really walk around barefoot because it didn’t feel clean.
It was as expected and the staff are very helpful. I will definetely recommend this hotel and if comming in the are a again i will surely book another stay there.

The hotel is in Mestre accommodation area, super quite at night. Several supermarkets are nearby. Taking tram to Venice downtown center is super easy and accessible, not worried about parking space in Venice. Rich options of breakfast and kind hotel staff, helping us to get one way tram ticket to Venice and allow us to leave luggages after check-in for walking around Venice. Thump up!!
