Staff in the front desk
We ware placed to another building totally separate from the main building w/ open access for anybody. The room toilet was not cleaned - got changed to another one next door which didn't really get prepared for guests (no water bottle, empty refrigerator). There's a step in the building not clearly marked w/o hand rally.

Bardzo przyjemny, estetycznie wyposażony hotel, do Laguny Weneckiej całkiem dobre i szybkie połączenie. Bardzo miła i pomocna obsługa hotelu. Smaczne i urozmaicone śniadanie. Miejsce godne polecenia i powrotu.

Le personnel est très attentionné
Dicht an der Bahn gelegen, nur ein paar Gehminuten entfernt. Im Hotel konnte man auch direkt die Tickets kaufen.
Das Personal war sehr hilfsbereit.
Der Parkplatz ist überwacht und war im Preis inbegriffen.
Fenster waren nicht dicht, haben nicht richtig geschlossen.
Neben an war eine Baustelle, diese war sehr laut. An ausschlafen war nicht zudecken, leider.
Das Zimmer war sehr warm. Die Klimaanlage war sehr laut. Steckdosen funktionierten nicht alle.
Das Personal wurde auf die Misstände hingewiesen, es wurde leider nicht drauf reagiert.
Was niergends stand & wo auch nicht daraufhin gewiesen wurde, dass noch Zusatzkosten dazu kommen zum Aufenthalt.
O alegere bună dacă vrei să vizitezi Veneția și să nu cheltui mult pe cazare. Tramvaiul care te lasă în Veneția este la 5-10 minut de mers pe jos iar apoi în 20-30 minute ai ajuns pe insulă. Hotelul oferă parcare gratuită, este aproape de autostradă și a fost curat. Micul dejun a fost unul ok.
Un bonus este că acceptă animale de companie fără extra cost.
