Cons:

Hôtel en self check-in, donc personne à la réception. La porte de la chambre qui m'a été attribué était fermée à clé (avec la clé à l'intérieur de la chambre selon le SMS reçu), donc impossible de rentrer. Après avoir passé un quinzaine d'appels à leur standard et plus de 6h d'attente que quelqu'un daigne venir m'ouvrir, obligé de contacter le support Booking pour exiger un remboursement

Vilken mardrömshotell. Varför läste jag inte recensioner före bokning? Man lär sig väl.
Bokade och betalade. Fick sms med ytterdörrskod och rumsnummer. Men! Rummet var upptaget. Började ringa, ingen svarar. Mellan ringningarna till hotellpersonalen fick jag släppa in en annan gäst, som redan hade fått ett rum med vägglöss men inte ytterdörrens kod. Han hade väntat i timmar för att komma in. Ingen svarar ju på telefoner eller mejl. Vi provade att ringa från olika nummer. Det hjälpte. Någon svarade på ett okänt nummer och vi fick veta att allt var fullbokat och att jag skulle bli hemlös i en främmande stad. Trevligt eller... Pengarna tillbaka ville de inte prata om. Tur att jag hade gjort bokningen via booking.com. De svarade och hjälpte. Tack för det!

Ketään ei vastaa puhelimeen kun yritin moneen kertaan saada heitä kiinni. Numero kyllä oli laitettu mutta ei vastata. Samaten kaikki ohjeistus puuttui mistä löytyy keittiö ynnä muuta mitä nettisivuilla mainostettiin.

Muutoin ajoi asiansa.
