Buen hotel pero un precio demasiado alto para lo que ofrece.
Pros:

La habitación estaba muy bien y limpia. A destacar el baño y la ducha, que era enorme.

Cons:

Los precios de las bebidas son excesivamente caros. No tienen servicio de comidas.

Aún estando muy bien el hotel, creo que es muy caro para lo que ofrece (que no es malo, pero por ese precio debería de ser mucho mejor).

Posizione eccellente, personale molto gentile e disponibile, colazione veramente ottima, piscina molto curata

Cons:

Unica cosa da migliorare, sempre per mia opinione, e’ il ristorante a buffet Promenade. Troppo caro per la qualità provata.

A lovely well maintained hotel with beautiful gardens and good evening entertainment
Pros:

The staff are kind and friendly.
The restaurant staff are particularly good and efficient

Cons:

We originally booked one night but changed our minds and booked a second.
We went to reception to confirm our second stay in the same room and they updated the keys but still later on we found our keys stopped working not allowing us in from the beach entrance.
This was corrected by the receptionist extending key times.
Other than that we had a perfect stay.

Wir verbrachten einen erholsamen Urlaub in einem sehr gut geführten Hotel.
Pros:

Das Frühstück war sehr gut, abwechslungsreich und appetitlich präsentiert.
Die Speisen am Abendbuffet werden frisch zubereitet und haben gut geschmeckt.
Leider hat bei den Speisen die Würze, vorallem Salz gefehlt. Ist jedoch Geschmacksache.
Die a la Carte Restaurants sind sehr zu empfehlen. Schönes Ambiente.
Alle Mitarbeiter und Angestellten waren sehr freundlich und nett.

Cons:

Beim Pool nahe dem Meer gibt es keine Badetuch- Ab und Ausgabe.
Man muss mit den nassen Badetüchern immer duch die Lobby gehen.

Excellent - except for Maspalomas Beach!
Pros:

Can't remember that well now! It was a while ago, but we were very happy with the hotel, staff, food, etc.

Cons:

Our main problem was the beach area, which was not very pleasant. I hasten to add, though, that the hotel could do nothing about that!
