Perfect location for my granddaughter’s visit to Anfield.
Pros:

Perfect location for those wanting to do the Anfield Tour. My granddaughter was delighted with all the memorabilia in the decor.

Cons:

Sadly no breakfast available at this location but nearby cafe.

Très bon hôtel à un prix très correct. Transport public à proximité pour se rendre au centre-ville. Stade de FC Liverpool à deux pas. Parking gratuit sur le territoire de l'hôtel. Personnel très aimable.

Awesome place to stay when going to a game. Clean rooms, friendly people and we would recommend
Pros:

The location is exceptional, if you are going to a game at Anfield and want the whole game day experience, it is a great place to stay. It is basically a room above a pub and we loved it. They also provided parking which is a premium on game day!!

Cons:

Game day can be a little hectic so expect some delays checking in, but you can get a beer while you wait

Filthy Hotel and 2 Faced Lying Staff & Management
Pros:

I had booked in for 1 night stay on 1st August 2026, the staff at first seemed friendly and everything seemed to be fine until we went to wash. No hot water. That we could possibly ignore as we were only there for 1 night before a long drive to Wales on the 2nd, however around 11:30pm a young couple arrived in the room opposite ours, they stayed in room 4. They were extremely loud and were shouting and screaming, this just went on so at around midnight I went down and complained about it. The young lady who I spoke to went up and asked them to keep quiet, they became argumentative etc to the staff member but then said they would keep the noise down. Once the staff member went back down stairs they decided to put music on extremely loud and were even noisier. I yet again put in a few more complaints all the way until 1am but the staff did nothing to stop this. My girlfriend and daughter eventually went down to complain as we were clearly getting no sleep. The noise continued.
I then went down again to complain, it wasn't until after 2am when 1 of the members of staff eventually evicted them however she provided them with a full refund.
I spoke to the manager in the morning before we were leaving and she agreed that if I went through who I booked the stay with she promised she would authorise a partial refund for me and stated that multiple people were complaining in the morning. She also advised the couple who were evicted who were extremely loud should never have been given a refund.
I have spoke to Trip.com who have spoken to the hotel and they are now denying that they advised I could get a partial refund and have advised I am lying. I have all the recordings of the noise from Room 4 and recording of when I spoke to the manager where she agreed for this refund. Trip.com have spoken to them again and they have outright called me a liar.
The stay was not as promised and not what we should have had to endure, also the staff have outright lied to me.
I would 100% avoid this place. If I could have gave it zero stars I would.

Had my daughters christening here at the marquee part and to say was amazing was an understatement staff are so helpful and Mia was an angel 2 nd party I’ve had here and I love the place

Came for a birthday for a Liverpool fan as the reviews looked good the bar with all the Liverpool pictures an trophy’s etc. when we got there to be told draught is not working and can’t go in the other bar as was a 21st on. Wouldn’t have booked if knew that. So went out to a pub instead cam back was only in ten minutes for staff to knock underneath said we was too loud. we was only talking didn’t even have the tv on at this point !! Underneath had kids apparantly. Not my problem it’s a weekend an we payed to stay in a hotel. 3 times they knocked tv wasnt even loud 2nd or 3rd time I went outside and shut the door with the staff and couldn’t even hear it from outside the room ! So basically was expected to stay there and sit in silence or whisper because underneath had kids there. Left there at 1 in the morning had to go and stay somewhere else pay extra for taxis just a joke to be honest wouldn’t go back there
