The front desk service was disappointing. The staff was not welcoming or helpful, and the communication was poor. I expected more professional and courteous service, especially for a guest-facing position. I hope management can address this issue and improve the customer experience.

Great with one exception
Pros:

I like the idea of conservation. Being provided with what is needed only when asked and the hotel pretty much have what we needed EXCEPT for the air-conditioning.

Except for the noisy neighboring room, the stay is still relatively nice.
Cons:

Staff failed to swiftly address our complaint for noisy occupants of the adjoining room. Occupants were loudly singing, playing games and laughing quite late at night.

Pros:

I like the location. Away from the city but not that far.

Cons:

Buffet is good but I suggest to have the food replenished (for a late riser like me) until the end of the breakfast (10 AM). 😅
