This last stay? Disappointing
Pros:

We loved the breakfast. Hotel Elizabeth was always our hotel.

Cons:

One of the staff members was unhelpful when we requested to be transferred to another room similar to the one we were assigned but with a better view. Instead of assisting us with our request or simply informing us that she would check for available options, she immediately responded that they needed to prioritize incoming guests who had yet to check in.

We found this disappointing because we had already checked in and were on our second day of our stay. We expected that our request, if feasible, would at least be considered before prioritizing guests who had not yet arrived. While we understand that room availability may be limited, we would have appreciated a more accommodating and service-oriented response rather than an immediate dismissal of our request.

Overall Terrible and NOT recommended
Pros:

Resto staff was kind and helpful
Guards were amazingly helpful, consistent greetings.

Cons:

Receptionists have very poor customer service skills and behavior..terrible!
Room was stinky
The fan was filthy
Regular cleaning was poor
Smoking staff at the side of the room
TV box had terrible signal
Poor quality TV

Food was great.... Superb!
The location is also perfect for tourists who intends to take time away from noise and pollution, and have some peace and quiet moment. Since 2018, it's like an annual tradition for my husband and I to visit Baguio during month of May as it's our anniversary month (except during the pandemic), and we choose Hotel Elizabeth every time.

Cons:

Supply of basic toiletries, such as tissue paper, should have been provided everyday, regardless if requested or not by the guests.
