Pool management which encourages poor conducts at the hotel

Bad management. On the first night I arrived, the hotel rent out the big conference room to cooperate for private events. But they let them play loud music and I can even hear it from my hotel room. On the second day morning, I smell pungent durian and garlic smell in the corridor and it was so strong and it was everywhere. I believe the hotel should place rules upon its guests on what are not supposed to bro g to hotel room. Also, on the first day afternoon, I went to a swim at the hotel swimming pool. I found half of the pool was lent to swimming coaching company to give swimming lessons and they speak really loud! At the same time, there is a woman at the end of the swimming pool doing a video streaming and pointing her camera directly at the pool while some people are swimming. Then, I went to the sauna room, the top corner of the roof is black and mouldy. In the middle of the course, the wooden cover of the light suddenly fell off.

The room are cozy and very comfortable bed and room are very spacious
Perfect cleaniness etc

Cons:

Suggest to prove Guangdong or Malaysia food for breakfast as well

Use robot to deliver order from room will make the hotel looks more hightech

Need a weight scale and a scale to weight luggage

Superb Hilton Experience: Prime Location, Amazing Lounge & Exceptional Service
Pros:

The hotel’s scale and guest rooms fully live up to the grandeur expected of the Hilton brand. Boasting a prime location, it offers excellent transport links with both a bus station and Metro Line 2 right at its doorstep, making travel incredibly convenient.
The breakfast is exceptionally lavish and diverse, ensuring high-quality standards. Furthermore, the food and beverage offerings during the Executive Lounge's Happy Hour are truly outstanding—arguably the best when compared to other Hilton properties and various high-end hotel lounges in the surrounding area.
I would like to give a special shout-out to Ms. Ivy (Duan Xing) at the Executive Lounge. She is not only professional and kind but also went above and beyond to recognize my Elite status and arrange a generous suite upgrade. I highly recommend Elite members stay at this hotel to experience a true "home away from home" feeling.
