El trato del personal, genial, la localización es la q buscábamos, el restaurante merece la pena, buena comida y siempre nos buscaron un sitio para poder cenar y estar a gusto.

Loved the location, property was beautiful and the room very clean. Bed was a bittle soft but lovely hotel. Breakfast was yummy and dinner too.
The matress was quite soft.

Lovely room, very comfortable bed and furnishings. Plenty of space. Fantastic breakfast and evening meals
it got very hot as no air conditioning and couldn't really get much fresh air through the tiny window openings. Didn't help that we found out that the under floor heating in the bathroom had been left on. Once that got switched off it improved.

Restaurant is not a “restaurant” it’s an extension of the bar.
Library / quiet area dirty: tables stained and sticky. Dirt and rubbish under coffee table ( domino’s, tissue, balls of dust. Straw) clearly not been moved to clean for several weeks!
Restaurant food v average and service amateur.
Final straw was being charged service charge in a packet of crisps in the bar!

Het avondeten was niet de kwaliteit als verwacht.. Let op service charge wordt automatisch in rekening gebracht.
Inchecken rondom etenstijd levert parkeer probleem op

Little short on parking and just be clear with the kitchen when someone has an allergy.
This boutique hotel wasn't cheap, but our room was a good size, with a large shower and an outdoor patio. The bed was large and very comfortable. We had an evening meal in the restaurant, though there are tables in the bar area and several people had dogs. The menu was seafood heavy, naturally as we were on the coast and the food was nice. The breakfast had a good continental selection and the hot selection was freshly cooked and catered for my gluten free needs. The hotel was in a quiet location and a 10 minute walk to the fabulous beach. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Rooms a very good size, furnishings are tasteful, a lovely representation of Northumberland. The en-suite bathroom was spacious with plenty of towels, and good size soap and shampoo supplied. Bathrobes and slippers also provided. Everything needed for your stay is provided in the room from hairdryer to kettle with tea and coffee. Restaurant is very good with an excellent menu, extensive breakfast selection from cereals, continental,menu of cooked options and everything in between.
