I am disappointed. Aside from the lost shoes, there were no free disposable slippers, fridge stinks

I liked that there are new staff in this property but I kinda miss the old ones, the ones who actually know me.. I have been a regular in this hotel and I have already been friends with the old staff... I have been gone for 1 yr and 6months staying abroad and now there are new staff, they are also friendly but i dont think they are as honest as the staff before...

I accidentally left my black shoes there in my room, although it is my fault, i just think it is unfair that the staff did not thoroughly check the area when I checked-out )By the way, I checked out at 4am right after I attended a party and I was in a hurry to get all my stuff that I forgot my black shoes... it is a Mobil Mephisto shoes by the way, priced 26,000php). When I called the next day, as expected, they said they did not find a pair of shoes... okay.. my fault but its just sad that they dont thoroughly check the space when a customer checks out.. Unlike before, when I purposely leave 200tips, they will still call the lobby for clearing because I left money. The staff before were honest..

Very good value hotel with excellent staff. The room was well-sized, with a comfortable bed. Clean.

Parking lot is the worst. Not too accomodating in chats- replies 3-5 hours.

Cons:

The parking lot. The receptionist just told me that the parking lot is in front of the white building: no Fersal Hotel parking label, no indicator of the parking lot, no nothing. We had to drive a long way just because the parking lot is really hard to find. Also, there was no one who’s assisting us to directly go to the parking lot.
