The breakfast is nice, the room is clean.
The receptionist & guard are polite.
The television you cannot watch any news or anything because it is not connected to the internet or cable provider.

Our stay at this hotel was unfortunately disappointing. The amenities are outdated, old, and clearly worn out. The floors did not seem properly cleaned, and even the curtains looked very dusty, which made the room feel neglected.
We also had ongoing issues with the TV and had to call reception several times for assistance. In the end, only YouTube was working, which was frustrating considering the time spent trying to fix it.
The parking situation was probably the worst part. Guests with bigger vehicles are required to park across the road and walk back to the hotel. This becomes very inconvenient, especially when carrying multiple luggages, and we did not see any bellboy available to assist.
Overall, the hotel needs major improvement in cleanliness, maintenance, and guest convenience.
I am writing to formally raise a complaint regarding an undisclosed charge and the handling of guest privacy during my stay.
Your hotel is attempting to charge an additional fee for a visitor who did not stay overnight, based on visiting hours being limited until 11:00 PM. While this may have been mentioned verbally, there was no clear disclosure in the Booking.com listing or booking confirmation that any fee would apply.
More concerning is how this situation was handled. Staff went directly to the room to check on the presence of a visitor. This felt intrusive and inappropriate, and it raised serious concerns about guest privacy and professionalism.
Additionally, my nanny was pressured to pay the charge, which is unacceptable.
To be clear:
* Charges must be transparently disclosed before booking
* Guest privacy must be respected at all times
* Staff should not pressure any individual for payment
I am requesting:
* Immediate removal of this undisclosed charge
* Written clarification of your policies, including any fees
* An explanation regarding the handling of this situation, particularly the intrusion into the room
If this is not resolved promptly, I will escalate this through Booking.com and proceed with formal complaints and public reviews.
