Pros:

I raised a minor matter with reception & when I returned later in the day, staff attended to the matter. Some other hotels don't follow words with actions, but they did at Hotel.Indigo.
It is a good location very close to the Tiergarten & walks along the Spree.

Pros:

Sehr gute zentrale Lage in der City West. Zimmer zur Rückseite war sehr ruhig. Sehr bequemes Bett. Bad etwas klein mit wenig Abstellmöglichkeiten. Angenehmer Aufenthalt.

Pros:

Very helpful staff, everything in the room worked, got 2 free bottles of water and some sweets. Comfortable beds

Cons:

Sometimes a siren outside could wake you up. Also there is light under the sink that cannot be turned off.

Очень понравился завтрак, вкусный разнообразный. Круассаны, домашний джем и индивидуальные завтраки понравились больше всего! В зоне завтрака очень чисто. В отеле очень тихо, уютно, за две недели проживания шума не было вообще.

A beautiful stay in Berlin
Pros:

We stayed 4 nights at Hotel Indigo, in room 504 on the 5th floor and we had a very nice view from the window
The room was small but clean and comfortable, equipped with everything you need (fridge, coffee machine with different capsules, shower gel, shampoo, body cream). The hotel is very well positioned, very close to the Berlin Zoo and the train station of the same name.
The staff is very pleasant and kind, always with a smile on their face.
The continental breakfast was excellent, varied, with fresh and very tasty products (it was possible to order separately omelette and pancakes).
We liked it very much our stay (we received a postcard and gummy bears as a welcome gift), we highly recommend it and if we come back to Berlin, Hotel Indigo will definitely be our first choice.

Aamupala ja sijainti oli parasta. Huone oli pieni, mutta siisti. Tulisin kyllä mielelläni uudelleenkin.

Pros:

Die Zimmer waren sehr ruhig. Von den anderen Zimmern war nichts zu hören.
Klimaanlage funktionierte einwandfrei. Bei der Hitzewelle ein absoluter Pluspunkt
das Frühstück war abwechslungsreich - auf Wunsch gab es auch frische Pancakes oder Eier
