Great hotel, perfect location
Pros:

Lovely hotel with amazing staff, so friendly and helpful.

Cons:

Nothing really. There was a bit of a smoke smell coming from the air-con, presumably another guest was smoking in their room and it was getting into the system. Luckily it wasn't too hot so just didn't use it all the time.

Pros:

Posizione fantastica per visitare la città. Struttura accogliente, abbastanza insonorizzata. Si dorme molto bene. Ottima colazione. Menzione speciale al gentilissimo Roberto.

Cons:

Pulizia migliorabile nelle stanze, con capelli per terra nel bagno che sono rimasti per giorni.

Un très bon séjour berlinois
Pros:

Très bien situé, avec des parkings payants et sécurisés à proximité. S-Bahn et U-Bahn à proximité. Nombreux restaurants et activités.
Le personnel est très souriant et disponible.
Par ailleurs, le petit déjeuner est excellent!

Das Indigo Konzept in diesem Hotel, geht zu 100% auf! Wir kommen definitiv wieder!
Pros:

Hallo Team Indigo Kudamm!

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt in diesem Indigo :-)
Tolles Raumkonzept ( wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Balkon ), sehr gut kühlende Klimaanlage im obersten Geschoss, trotz extremer Wärme. Kleine Details wie auch ein Waschlappen und sogar Bademantel mit Latschen. Zudem war die sehr gut gefüllte Minibar inklusive. Das sind wir sonst nur in 5* Häusern gewohnt.
Auch das Personal macht einen sehr freundlichen und hilfsbereiten Eindruck.
Bitte, machen Sie alles genau so weiter wie bisher! Wir sind dann Stammkunden somit :-)

PS: Danke für das kleine Abschiedsgeschenk seitens der freundlichen Dame am am 16.08.26
Auch solch kleine Überraschungen hinterlassen Etwas ;-)
Da uns dieser Kurzaufenthalt sehr gut gefallen hat, haben wir auch schon wieder neu gebucht!

Hatte ein tolles Wochenende in Berlin und war vom Hotel absolut angenehm überrascht
Pros:

Hat mir sehr gut gefallen. Der Zugang zu öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln ist perfekt und trotz zentraler Lage ist es ruhig. … Gerne komme ich beim nächsten Berlin Aufenthalt wieder.

Pros:

Sehr gute Ausstattung, schöne Möbel, schönes Bad - mit Bademantel, sehr bequemes Bett, im Zimmer dabei Bügeleisen u Brett, Kühlschrank u Safe.
Besonders zuvorkommendes Personal. Frühstück auch top.
Ingesamt niveauvolle Atmosphäre.

helemaal goed, voor herhaling vatbaar
Pros:

ontbijt was goed, personeel was vriendelijk. Het hotel zelf zat op een prima lokatie

Cons:

Ik miste horren voor de ramen om deze , zeker met deze warme dagen, gewoon open te kunnen zetten in de nacht. Voor de rest geen klachten

Überaus freundlicher Epmpfang. Check In sowie Check Out super unkompliziert. Zimmer waren sogar früher bezugsfertig für einen frühzeitigen Check In.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt
Pros:

Besonders gefallen hat mir der herzliche Empfang. Wir haben sogar für ein Zimmer eine bessere Zimmerkategorie bekommen um die Zimmer nebeneinander zu haben. Die Zimmer sind hell und sehr sauber. Das Bad ist auch wunderbar. Die Fenster wurden uns im 5.Stock gegen Unterschrift aufgeschlossen. Frühstück war super mit Buffet und a la carte. Wenn man etwas brauchte wie Weinöffner oder Kühlpack waren die Mitarbeiter immer zur Stelle und sehr hilfsbereit.

Super Lage um gut mit Öffis überall hinzukommen, schöne Aussicht vom Balkon
Pros:

Freundliches Personal am Empfang. Super Lage nahe der Öffis, keine 5 Minuten zu Fuß zu Bus, U-Bahn und S-Bahn. Minibar inklusive, schöner Balkon mit Aussicht.
