Very disappointing experience at Grande Centre Point Terminal 21.

This was honestly one of the worst hotel breakfast experiences we have ever had.

We found lychee that appeared moldy, the watermelon had a disgusting texture, and the pineapple constantly tasted and felt frozen. Every egg dish we ordered arrived poorly made scrambled eggs, fried eggs, and even an omelet with cheese where the cheese was not melted at all.

Almost every morning we left breakfast feeling uncomfortable afterward.

The pastries were terrible, basic things like plain unsweetened yogurt required special requests, and overall the food quality felt extremely low for a hotel at this price level.

What shocked us even more was management’s response.
We explained politely that because of the poor food quality, we no longer even wanted to eat breakfast there and would rather buy food outside instead, so we asked for some kind of compensation.
Instead of showing any real care, we received a cold and dismissive response saying breakfast is “part of the package” and therefore nothing could be done, other than offering us unsweetened yogurt.

In other hotels, even small issues are handled with professionalism and hospitality. Here, despite photos and repeated complaints, the only thing they offered was basically “you can request sugar-free yogurt.”

Even complimentary mineral water is handled cheaply, only provided on the first day. Usually we buy our own water at Big C, but if you happen to run out in the room, expect to pay for it. For a hotel at this price level, the overall value for money feels very disappointing.

The kids’ play area was also extremely disappointing: tiny, poorly maintained, with a non working air hockey table and very limited activities.

What makes this especially frustrating is that even at their Pattaya branch we experienced much better service than this.

The location is okay, but the food quality, customer service, and overall attitude toward guests completely ruined the experience for us.

Absolutely would not recommend staying here.
After this experience, we personally do not see ourselves staying at another Grande Centre Point property again. This level of dismissive customer service is simply unacceptable to us.

Unfortunately, we are still staying here and simply counting the days until this disappointing experience is finally over.

Muay thai is amazing , will definitely join again and the coach is amazing

GRAND CENTRE POINT PATTAYA which was a fab themed hotel, it was spotless and great fun, it is connected at the Lobby to the famous Terminal 21 shopping mall.
I recommend a room on a high floor (30 levels) this hotel is alcohol free but you can bring your own alcohol to the pool – I ordered frozen mocktails and added vodka. Breakfast was OK.
Kids club had some great activities such as bracelet making, fan colouring, gel candles making and sand art.
The hotel is located opposite Tiffanys cabaret. A lovely high end hotel.
I didn't enjoy Pattaya itself, it seemed more like a city than a beach town. lots of high rise.

Was at the hotel for business travel.. one of the most convenient locations in Bangkok if you want to access quick transportation. Hotel is built right next to the BTS MTA stations in Asoke. The hotel itself is very well kept and the staff are very nice and professional ensuring a comfortable stay.

Perfect location, really clean and nice staff

If there is a hotel I would recommend in Bangkok it would be Grand Centre Point. First it has an easy access to the best mall in Bangkok Terminal 21. It has easy access to the Asok BTS sky train station walk bridge connected through the hotel. The hotels service is excellent, the staff, the management they all go above and beyond to deliver excellence to each of their guests. This is a true gem of Bangkok….The swimming pool, the gym, the spa, they are all world class standard and one of the best experiences you will ever have in your life. The facilities at the hotel will make your stay a memorable one in Bangkok.

I stayed late March 2026 at Grande Centre Point Hotel Terminal 21 and had a really enjoyable experience.

Overall, I would absolutely stay here again and, in many ways, I actually preferred it to the Carlton where I stayed earlier in the trip. If someone asked me for a recommendation, I would probably say the Carlton has a slight edge, especially with service and its very nice lounge. That said, I personally enjoyed my stay here more.

The biggest strength of this hotel is the facilities. The room was spacious, very comfortable, and well designed. Everything felt clean and modern, and I had plenty of space to relax. The pool area is outstanding and one of the best I’ve experienced in a city hotel. The fitness center and recreation areas are also excellent and really elevate the stay.

One of the best features is the direct connection to Terminal 21 mall. It made everything incredibly convenient, from dining to just walking around and exploring without dealing with traffic or heat.

I ate extremely well, stayed active, and really enjoyed my time here. This is a fantastic choice for anyone visiting Bangkok, especially if you value great facilities and location.

I’m very disappointed with my recent stay. I have stayed at this hotel several times before and even booked the Grand Suite during this trip while traveling with friends.

Because my flight was at 9pm and I was traveling with a baby, I requested a late check-out so I could prepare my baby’s dinner before heading to the airport. I spoke with Miss Suchanya and asked if a late check-out could be arranged. She informed me that the latest she could offer was 1pm.

I asked again if there was any possibility to extend it slightly later, but was again told that 1pm was the maximum.

What made this situation frustrating was that my friend, who was staying in a standard Deluxe room and on the same flight as me, called the lobby once to request late check-out and was immediately given 2pm without even needing to insist.

I told her immediately that my friend was offered 2pm late check out and she immediately gave me 2pm.

I find it very disappointing that as a returning guest who booked a higher-tier Grand Suite, I was given an earlier check-out time than someone staying in a regular room. The inconsistency in service is quite frustrating and does not reflect well on the hotel’s guest service standards.

This hotel is inside the Terminal 21 mall in Sukhumvit. We spent 7 nights there and it was awesome. Check-in was fast and easy. They even have free refreshments (water, juice, coffee etc) in the lobby everyday. The staffs were so friendly. The room was average but the bathroom is quite small. For 2 adults it was okay but not much space to put 4 big suitcases + 2 small one though. This hotel has easy access to BTS (Train) and taxi in the lobby. Location is nice and have so many massage parlours just around the corner just 5 minutes walk and also a 7/11 nearby. The only negative thing about this hotel, there's not much around. I mean if you want to go to other malls (like central world, paragon, pratunam etc) you need to book a taxi or go by BTS. Traffic is horrible in Bangkok, so better be prepared to be stuck in traffic while travelling by taxi or private van. Would recommend this hotel to family and friends.

Centre Point Hotel Terminal 21 Korat sits right inside the Terminal 21 shopping mall, which makes life very easy. It’s a clean, modern, high tech hotel and we were given a genuinely warm welcome by the reception staff. Our welcome drink arrived via a little robot that glided in from nowhere, great fun and oddly memorable.

The room was spacious and spotless with a huge extra size king bed that was very comfortable. Tea and coffee facilities, two complimentary bottles of water and a large fridge were all provided. The bathroom had a separate shower cubicle with the usual toiletries, plus a very high tech toilet. Google Gemini AI later told me it was a TOTO Washlet. I won’t go into detail, but it’s an interesting bit of kit.

Early evening we walked straight into the mall from the hotel as it’s all part of the same complex. Terminal 21 Korat is laid out like an airport, with each floor themed around a different city such as London, Paris and Tokyo. You pass landmarks like Big Ben and the Eiffel Tower, along with bronze characters including Churchill and Sherlock Holmes. It’s all been cleverly done.

The mall is alcohol free, so we had a beer or two in our room before heading up to the Pier 21 food court. We were a bit late at 9.00pm and most of the stalls were closed, so we ended up eating in the hotel just before that closed too. The food was good, my Thai green curry with sticky rice was delicious and the portion was easily enough for two.

We enjoyed our stay so much that we extended our one night to two. Would happily stay here again.

I truly cannot fault this hotel. It is exceptionally well equipped, offering a gym, pool, and a variety of additional activities. The staff, from reception to housekeeping, are outstanding, with the room cleaners in particular being both efficient and genuinely lovely.
The location is excellent, situated right next to the shopping mall and train station and with plenty to explore in the surrounding area in walking distance. We highly recommend this hotel and would gladly return without hesitation. Thank you for a wonderful stay and see you again.

A convenient hotel that is stunning in public areas. We had a room with a breathtaking view of the skyline. Other than that the room was quite ordinary - clean with most typical amenities (including a Japanese toilet which was a highlight). The hotel has no alcohol on site which was a disappointing surprise. As a vegan, the breakfast was ok but nothing to write home about. The bed was medium firm with excellent pillows. The 'free mini bar' was a couple of soft drinks and for what you pay for the room this should be improved.

Perfect location right by Terminal 21 and Asok BTS. The room was clean, spacious, and had great city views. Staff were friendly and helpful, and the pool and gym were fantastic. Excellent breakfast with plenty of choices. Highly recommend for comfort and convenience in Bangkok!

Was in Bangkok for a 3D2N trip and booked this Hotel. I have stayed here many times the past few years and I still enjoy staying here, when the price is right!

Getting to the Hotel is easy by the Airport Train, stopping at Makkasan station and connecting to MRT to Sukhumvit station. The Hotel is linked by covered walkway to both the Asoke BTS station and Sukhumvit MRT station. Convenient to travel around!

The Hotel is connected to the Terminal 21 Mall, with lots of shops and eateries. There's also lots of nearby shops, convenience stores, and restaurants as well!

My biggest surprise this trip was when the Hotel gave a Birthday decor greeting in the room for my partner when we came back from sightseeing on Day 2! Thank you very much! Very thoughtful of the Hotel!

If the price is right, try staying here and experience the hospitality!

Lovely room (2327) with good views. Location is the absolute best. Excellent staff. Easy check in and check out. Room has mini hot plate, microwave, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer and free mini bar. No alcohol at the hotel which didn't worry us. Room service was good and food delicious. Breakfast had a good range of choice and I loved trying new things. Stayed here as a family of three in Jul 2025 and absolutely loved the convenience! The hotel is directly connected to Terminal 21 shopping mall, with plenty of food and shopping options right at your doorstep. Even better, it’s linked to both a BTS Skytrain and an MRT station, making it super easy to get around Bangkok without worrying about the city’s heavy traffic.

The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable and even had a microwave and even a washing machine inside the room. These features probably explain the slightly higher room rate, but the location and comfort definitely made it worthwhile.

Overall, a fantastic stay for anyone who values convenience, comfort, and easy access to transport and shopping in the heart of Bangkok.

We stay here regularly and always love it. This stay we went and checked out the pool area for the first time, it was fabulous! Make sure and check out the pool area in the future
