Poor value for the money.
Pros:

Location was as expected from the description.

Cons:

The room allocated (no 10) was extremely small. This translated into poor value for money . On the plus side the room was very clean .
No interaction with any staff . None were seen.

last minute booking on BH weekend, worth the cost although quiet and limited bar/reataurant opening.

Our 4th stay here and would still go back but please check the mattress (lumpy in room 8)

That the owner took responsibility for the poor state of the room when we arrived.

Cons:

We arrived to a room that was not ready.We were told on arrival that the responsibility for accommodation was not with them and they gave us number to contact.Apparntly the room was not cleaned by the cleaner that walked out in the morning.We were told to wait in the bar until the room was cleaned...and were given a free drink.A young lad suddenly turned up and... unknown to him that we were in the bar... boasted about such a quick clean.He left and we were told that the room was ready.It still had soiled towels from previous occupants and the TV wire connector was sticking out of the wall.The apparently new linen had stains and we complained to the owners.Two days later we had a very responsive reply from the owner and we accepted a refund of a third of the price.Looking back,we should not have paid anything as the accommodation was way below par.

Good but breakfast would make it perfect.
Pros:

Quiet comfortable hotel, evening meals were good, Stafford friendly.

Cons:

We were surprised to discover that they only served breakfast at the weekend. They recommended a place in Moelfre but it didn't open until 10.00 am. You can get a breakfast on Lligwy beach but the parking charges are exorbitant so we walked there from Moelfre where the parking is free.

Pros:

The lady who is the bar manager was exceptional and would be the only reason why i would recommend. She went above and beyond and nothing was too much trouble

Cons:

The cleanliness of the room. Stained bedsheets, unhoovered carpets and crisp left on the bathroom floor. Crack in the bathroom sink and the TV didn't work. Again the the bar manager went above and beyond and sorted it all out

Enjoyable stay
Pros:

Location is good
Room clean
Friendly staff
Beautiful view
Food is delicious and a good choice of food choices

Cons:

Room was very small for three people. Not much storage for three night stay.
Sheets too small for bed kept coming off.
No housekeeping for a three night stay.
Overall thought it was a nice place just a few small niggles. Would stay again if offered a bigger room.

Pros:

Accommodation upstairs is run separately to the pub downstairs but the pub help with check in when they’re open.

Value for money was excellent. Room was perfect for what we needed. Location was good and staff downstairs in the pub were lovely. We ate in the pub and the food was very good.

Cons:

A little noise from the pub downstairs but just due to age of building etc. Didn’t stop us from being able to go to sleep though and was very quiet in the morning.
