We were very disappointed as previous stays have been lovely. I do not think we will be returning in a hurry.

The hot tubs and sauna are a great addition.

Cons:

We have stayed here previously and the maintenance has just not been kept up to standard. The first room we were put in was dark and the door to the room was damaged. A lot of tlc was required. On the second night they moved us to another room however the bathroom stank of drains. The other disappointment was dinner. The restaurant was closed while we were staying, it would have been nice to have been notified of this prior to our stay. On the first night we were told only one restaurant in the village was open, the restaurant if you can call it that was horrendous. It was a very dingy, old, dirty and smelly pub. The food was just as bad.

Віддалення від узбережжя. Дуже скромні однакові сніданки( маленький вибір ). На пару днів добре , проте якщо відпочивати більше тижня то не дуже

Pros:

Heel rustig gelegen en een goede uitvalbasis voor bergwandelingen. Ligt halfweg de Teide en de zee.

Cons:

Waarschijnlijk super hotel als het mooi weer is met sauna en jacuzzi inbegrepen de prijs inbegrepen. Echter Het hotel ligt op een 1400 meter hoogte en het was toen buiten bewolkt en amper 10 graden 8 mei 2026), alhoewel er een radiator in de kamer was lag de verwarming niet aan. Dit zorgde voor een koude, vochtige kamer. Ook het restaurant dat normaal gebruikt wordt was gesloten tot 15 mei 2026.

Un bel endroit au pied du parc national du Teide
Pros:

Très bel endroit avec tout le confort. Des chambres très grandes, très grand lit avec excellente literie. Dressing, grande salle de bain avec produits a disposition. Le petit-déjeuner proposer un buffet varié, salé et sucré. L'hotel est confortable et le personnel très agréable. Idéal pour pour aller explorer le parc national du Teide, trouver le repos dans un cadre reposant et avec une vue sur la vallée.

Pros:

Sitio tranquilo, acogedor limpio
Una cama rica , una ducha espaciosa
Un desayuno muy rico , y un atendimiento muy agradable

Cons:

Un poquito caro se q dicen q la tranquilidad o la calidad se paga pero es un poquito subido

Really good stay as always. Great location if you prefer the quiet mountain to the busy beach.
Pros:

Third time I have stayed here. Staff are great and location is perfect for getting up to the Teide plateau for hiking or astronomy.
