Pros:

Todo, desde la habitación, su comodidad y limpieza hasta el personal, el cual era muy amable, y el lugar en el que se encuentra el hotel. Totalmente recomendable.

Amazing, must visit!
Pros:

This is a newly renovated and just wonderful place. We deeply regretted to have only booked it for 1 night. Staff if extremely friendly. They heat the whirlpool or the sauna (both by wood!) for you. Also, there is a brand new & well equipped gym. All places are covered by aircon. The breakfast is nothing too special, but above average too. And the view over the city and coastline is just amazing.

Très bel hôtel, personnel attentionné
Pros:

Hôtel très agréable , chambre bel espace , salle de bains aussi
Jacuzzi extérieur à la demande ( un plus après une randonnée)
Très bon accueil, personnel attentionné et à l'écoute (notre interlocuteur parlait français appréciable ) bons conseils

Absence de climatisation , il fait chaud dans la chambre malgré un ventilateur sur pied

Lo que más me gustó fueron la ubicación, la disposición de las habitaciones, la paz del lugar y la calma que se respiraba.

Cons:

El desayuno es muy correcto pero repetitivo. Mejoraría un montón si hubiese variaciones diarias.

Вибирали цей готель по найближчому розташуванню до Тейде.

Pros:

El alojamiento fue muy bueno, el personal super amable, las vistas inmejorables, estaba todo muy limpio, el desayuno con suficiente variedad, lo único malo es la carretera para llegar hasta el hotel, pero sin duda volvería a alojarme.
