It was easy to find and Didn't have to leave after arrival. The staff were so lovely the food was fantastic and rooms and grounds were clean. Great for break in our journey.
If i was to nit pick ,the rooms could use a fan.
The restaurant and staff are amazing at this hotel, they are super dog friendly!
The rooms need updating and the cleaning needs to be checked! Lots of black hair all over the bathroom floor, not nice to see! Furniture and carpets need replacing as do the blinds! Bathroom could be lovely if toilet seat fitted correctly and there wasn’t so much chipped paint on the doors. There is also a lack of storage in the bathroom and shower.

Rooms clean and beds so comfortable. Staff are really nice and helpful. Place was clean and nothing to fault.

Was way to hot we didnt even stop the night handed keys back no fan no air con
The room was clean and the shower was excellent. Decent sized TV and plenty of stuff to make hot drinks . There was a selection of toiletries and the towels were large. The bar and restaurant area is large abd clean. The continental breakfast was good.
Room 12 requires some tlc. The plaster is coming away around the entrance door. The blind fixing came away from the wall when I pulled the blind. It was loosely just fixed with a rawlplug.. There is no mirror in the room, the one in the bathroom isn't much use gor make up as the wash basin is in the way.

We don’t have hot shower in the evening. It was too late to call it in as got back late for the festival we went to. But as soon we reported this it was fixed

Great location for Donington Park. Helpful staff, clean and comfortable.
Shower water pressure was very weak, as it isn’t obvious that the ‘eco’ button needs to be pressed to turn ON the power and make the shower work correctly. It took us two days to realise that, and only by accident. I would recommend a note in the bathroom making this clear.
Het is een motel met een pub waar je wat kunt eten en drinken. De kamer is basic maar alles is aanwezig inclusief een waterkoker. De kamer is sleets en niet echt schoon.

Awkward position of mirror in room. Lighting a bit dim. Not sure about the KING RAWN sizzler!
