Great value and good location for Derby and the surrounding area.
Pros:

Good sized room in a lodge attached to a large bar with outside garden and a lively restaurant. Excellent value for money and a great location. Evening meal selection was varied and our meal was excellent.
Staff were all efficient and friendly.

Cons:

Not much, only minor things such as the lack of a mirror in the bedroom.

Comfy bed lovely staff need a car because of location carvery excellent
Pros:

The staff were excellent nothing was to much trouble carvery was excellent shower was good and the bed was really comfortable I had the best night sleep ever.

Cons:

The room was over priced as although it was cleanish it needed a good paint and the furniture was scraped old and dated the bed was really comfy the bathroom was something out of of the 70ths the shower was good but a total refurb needed on the bathroom also the entrance door didn’t always close properly so it wasn’t always dhit which was a concern

Very helpful and polite staff, room was excellent, spacious and clean.
Absolutely minimal hassle and an enjoyable experience.

Cons:

The electric shower was very loud.
Check out time is a bit early.

Pros:

It was easy to find and Didn't have to leave after arrival. The staff were so lovely the food was fantastic and rooms and grounds were clean. Great for break in our journey.

Cons:

If i was to nit pick ,the rooms could use a fan.
