Friendly staff. 10 mins stroll to the beach. 5 min stroll to the shops. Nice garden grounds

Cons:

They were rushed off their feet for breakfast so was a little confusing. Quite a lot of money for the area but was very nice hotel

Very Good value for money for a short stay
Pros:

Bed was comfortable, with spotless white bed linen. Room and bathroom very clean. The superior room overlooked the garden and was very quiet. A very good selection for breakfast, including full English, so good value. Staff very helpful and friendly. 5 minutes walk from the seafront with various restaurants.

Cons:

The property is quite dated and would benefit from a coat of paint, as would some of the exterior.

Pros:

It is close to the beach, local shops and rail station and has onsite parking.
The staff are friendly, helpful and accommodating.
Value for money.

Cons:

The rooms could do with a through clean as there was dust and dirt under the beds.
The cupboards smelt musty and I didn’t want to hang my clothes in them.
More options at breakfast, like muesli and fruit would be good.

Good for overnight stay
Pros:

Breakfast is made to order was very nice but very small portions. Staff were very pleasant

Cons:

Disappointing as not quite how the pics look on booking app. Room was not as clean as could be the musty damp smell was overwhelming at times. Beach view room not worth it as can only see the tip of the sea from a distance over the houses.
Garden view with the balcony opens up onto the large garden on ground floor which you can access is much better.
