Pros:

The staff were very good when i arrived, Ron on reception was excellent very quick and supportive. Very friendly and attentative to your needs and situation after travelling by train from quite a far distance. The upgrade i will truly cherish. The breakfast staff i didnt get his name he was also from the Phillipines very efficient and friendly, lovely staff you have working there i will definitely return knowing a good place to stay. Plus the location is ideal.

We enjoyed our stay and would gladly return.
Pros:

The staff were always cheerful and helpful. We felt that it was satisfyingly good value for the price. We appreciated the car parking. We had a light bulb not working which was dealt with immediately.

Cons:

We would have appreciated an easy chair in the bedroom. We hadn't realised that there was a hill going down to the beach.

Great price for bed, parking and stay.
Pros:

I enjoyed the hotel it had everything we needed comfy and a short walk to town with restaurants and pubs and the beach. We walked to Hastings also. Great location.

Cons:

It's not that I didn't like it, but for others be warned if you struggle with walking, you have to walk up a hill from the seafront to the hotel.

Easy, friendly check in - kind staff who are happy to help. We had some special requests for our kids and the staff were great. Big comfortable room, comfy beds. Good breakfast. Excellent value for money.
