Great location, great stay!
Pros:

Location nearly opposite the castle is fantastically convenient. Staff super friendly and the hotel is immaculately tidy and well run. Dining room in the cavernous former bank building is Very quirky and rooms are modern, comfortable and very functional.

全般に高品質のホテルです。
Pros:

朝食の種類は少なかったですが、品質はかなり良かった。

Cons:

窓からの展望は悪かった。
駐車場がP1〜P3まであるが、ホテルの１Fの駐車場は何でかほぼ全部Reserveになっていて、ほかの駐車場巡りで狭い一方通行の道を何度もグルグル回された。

Pros:

新　施設が新しくて清潔。ベッドも快適。松本城にとても近く市街地の中心。スタッフの対応と説明が良かった。

Cons:

残念な点は、いわゆる壁が薄いのか、水周りの音が部屋に響く、隣の部屋の音が聞こえた。でも、繰り返しではないので不快ではありません。もう少し安かったらお得感があるかなとは思います。

Prima verblijf. Chique ontbijtzaal. Personeel uiterst correct.
Pros:

Gelegen in zijstraat van centrum van Matsumoto: alle bezienswaardigheden zijn aan te lopen. Goed hotel. Extra nachten geboekt. Zelfde kamer was niet meer mogelijk daarom een grotere kamer gekozen. Die had een aparte tv ruimte met fauteuils en een keukentje.

Pros:

Not particularly welcoming. Bottled water not replaced on 2nd day. Given directions to vending machine!! Breakfast not particularly good. Limited choice.
