- terrible lights in room, there were places in the room that were not lit ever
- not enough place on ground to open the suitcase

とても良かったです。
Pros:

スタッフさんの対応がとても良かったです。部屋を上の階に変更して頂き、快適でした。朝食が３つから選べるのも嬉しい。

Cons:

駅からホテルの入り口がわかりにくかったです。大浴場は広くて良かったのですが、洗い場のお湯の調節が難しくて、熱いことが多かったです。

大浴場最悪
Pros:

ご飯も美味しいし、部屋も悪くない。

女子風呂の大浴場にマナーの悪い外国人、中には日本人も数名かな？
男風呂はそんなマナーは悪くなかったとは言ってたけど、
外国人はシャワーでお互い掛け合って遊んでるし、持込のシャンプー等、カゴを場所取りの様に置いてあるから、これは日本人も含まれてるとは思うけど、半分以上置きっぱなしにしてるから他にも洗い場使いたい人が居たけど、使えなくて待ってる人が多数
洗い場に物を置かないって書いてあったのかどうか忘れたけども、洗い場の至る所にでも置いちゃダメって貼るか、管理者や清掃の人がたまには見に来て物を避けるなど、対処した方が良い。
張り紙にも占領してる物に関しては退かせて頂きますくらい書いたら良いと思う。
温泉もついててくつろげて、ご飯も美味しいしで札幌行く時は必ず利用しているが、時期もあるのだろうけど、こんなにマナーが悪かったのは初めてだった。
はっきり言って次また行くかどうか悩むレベルで大浴場は酷かった。

Worth the price, especially it's spacey
Pros:

Three restaurants at choice for breakfast; spacey room compared to other hotels nearby; friendly to our baby girl; very close to the park and the subways.

Cons:

The decoration is pretty old-styled. There are obvious dust remained on the shutter door - besides this, in general the room are quite clean.

Cons:

客室内のトイレに尿臭がして、明らかに便器の下に黄色いシミがありました。
入る度に不快で、室内の空気清浄機や臭い取りスプレーを使ったけど臭いが取れず。
2泊の予定でしたので、翌朝にフロントに清掃を依頼しました。
まず言い訳のように「繰り返しお客様が使用している客室ですから清掃が入っています」と言われましたが便器下のシミを清掃して欲しいと伝え外出しました。
帰室したらトイレ内は綺麗になっており、臭いも無くなっていました。
言い訳をする前に「申し訳ございません。清掃の者に伝えますね」が正しいのでは？
まぁ、綺麗にしていただけたので良いのですが、、、
