何時か札幌来ているご一番残念なホテルだった。
Pros:

大浴場が良かった。清潔な温泉で洗い場も多かった。

Cons:

まず、駐車場サービスがひどい。
宿泊者でもホテル内駐車場がいっぱいで提携が他に何ヶ所かあり1日¥1800と書いてあったが、途中出し入れ出来ず翌朝、出庫したら料金は¥800, 翌日は少し遅めに出たら¥2400と表示有りでオーバーした分は払えとの事。前日は実際は¥800だったのに¥1800払うのに次の日は追加で払えとはおかしく無いか？と言ってそれなら領収書持って来いとの事、最終的には配慮してもらえたが何のための提携か全く分からず。朝食の三ヶ所も店員の態度がひどく特にガレットの店はスノーピーク監修で楽しみにこのホテルを選んだ理由なのに無愛想、返事もしない嫌そうに働いてる。残念過ぎます。最後のビュッフェは愛想は無いが年配の男性達がテキパキと働いていて一番マシだった。

朝食が超おススメなホテル
Pros:

朝食付きプランを申し込みました。３会場から選べます。すごい贅沢だと思いました。とてもおいしかったです。とても満足です。２泊だったので、１会場行っていないので、またここに泊まりに来たいなって思いました。部屋も広く、ベッドも大きかったです。すすきののやや柄の悪い所から少し離れて静かな所にあり、中島公園のそばです。最初は、札幌駅から観光をしながら歩いたのですが、クタクタになったので、札幌駅から来る場合はレンタサイクルを借りるといいなと思いました。でも、最初から電車で中島公園で降りればすぐです。お風呂もとても清潔で、気持ちがいいです。

Cons:

レンタサイクルの停留所がこのホテルにもあればいいのになと思いました。あと、私は老眼な為、お風呂のシャワーがお湯の赤・水の青が識別がくっきりしていないとメガネのない環境では分かりずらいので、色が見えるといいです。あとは、シャンプーが選べるといいなと思いました。
