Pros:

地理位置在中岛公园，酒店不远处有地铁口。如果从札幌站走过来需要20-30分钟。
有温泉可以舒缓疲惫。

Extraordinary service for a budget price
Pros:

Very clean. The spa (bath house) was beautifully designed and clean as well. They had two different kinds of pillows, one of which is the kind I love! I have never seen it at any other hotel. It was a pleasant surprise!

言葉使いは大事と思わせるホテル

多分、宿泊税と入湯税の説明の仕方でしばらくは揉めると思うここのスタッフの言い方なら。

The restaurants are all good and it is very nice to be dining in there especially on a day you don’t feel like leaving the

ロケーション、充実した設備、部屋の広さ。

Cons:

1階のレストランでライスは無い、洋食屋なので、ライス欲しければ2階の別のレストランに行ってください、と言われた。事前に確認しなかったこちらが悪い。コンビニに行っておにぎり買いました。

Pros:

Everything at this hotel was very good except the parking. we were allowed to only park and stay. If you used the car during that parking period, you have to pay parking charge again. The staff's English was also very limited, making it very difficult to communicate. However, its breakfast, public bath and room were excellence.

Pros:

大浴場の泉質がよかった。
サウナも広くてよかった。
朝食が選べるところがよかった。
部屋の設備は新しくはないものの、掃除はいきとどいていました。
靴擦れしてしまったのですが、レセプションでバンドエイドをいただけ、助かりました。

Cons:

大浴場の湯船の中であかすりをしていたり、サウナの前にあった椅子で尿（？）の後があったり、マナーの悪い人が多いなぁという印象がありました。
1階にある洋食のお店を選んだので、ハーフブッフェでした。オペレーションが機能しておらず、取り皿も、お水、ドレッシング、食べ物、あらゆるものが、空の状態で、都度、スタッフに声かけする必要がありました。また指摘しても、指摘した分だけを補充されるので、煩わしいかんじでした。
お部屋は狭いです。
