Good location of a very nice hotel. Spacious rooms, gives you a feel of luxury.
Helpful and kind staff.
Palermo is very hot in August, so it was nice to come back for some siesta during the hottest hours of the day, due to the location.
The breakfast wasn’t of a high level. Very basic, same everyday and some things for additional pay (like omelette with tomatoes or another cup of coffee)
Beautiful and unique hotel, very friendly staff, clean and very central location
Driving to the hotel is tricky due to the narrow alleyways around it
Bella struttura con camere moderne. Buon rapporto qualità/prezzo. Staff molto cordiale alla reception e per custodia e trasferimento bagagli. Se difficoltà ad arrivare in macchina col GPS, chiamate che vi assisteranno (ci hanno guidato all'arrivo).

L'accueil par Francesco qui a été parfait après une journée très difficile suite à la fermeture de l'aéroport de Catane et l'annulation des vols.
Emplacement idéal en plein centre, au calme avec possibilité de garer sa voiture juste devant l’hôtel. Hotel historique mais très bien équipé. Personnel très professionnel. Restaurant dans l’hôtel très appréciable. Nous y avons bu un verre et avons pu profiter d’un groupe de musique jazz live. Parfait pour finir la soirée.

La situation géographique, l’hôtel est situé à deux pas de la cathédrale et du marché Ballarò.
Parking gratuit juste devant l’hôtel.
La gentillesse des hôtesses.
Sur bcp de commentaires, on peut lire, “le quartier de l’hôtel n’est pas engageant”. C’est clairement plus fort que ça, Le quartier donne l’impression d’être la prochaine victime de carjacking.
De surcroît, Il y a des montagnes d’ordures dans ce même quartier.
Le petit dej est bas de gamme,
Pas vraiment d’eau froide dans la douche,
Une chasse d’eau cassée,
Une odeur NAUSÉABONDE dans la chambre,
Une literie qui mériterait d’être changée,
Une climatisation presque obsolète.
Nous n’y sommes restées qu’une nuit.
Nous avions la chambre 204.
Malgré les désagréments d’odeurs dans la chambre et la chasse d’eau, le “réceptionniste” n’a même pas été capable de nous offrir un coca.
Sehr Zentrales schöner Palazzo, konnten alles gut zu Fuss erreichen. Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das essen im Ristorante war herrvoragend. Kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Un peu vieillot, c’est ce qui fait son charme certes mais il faut un compromis avec des équipements plus modernes : climatisation, salle de bain, salon de jardin des terrasses.
Location is not too bad but the closeness to the market is not a positive for me, the streets are dirty and navigating them at night is not pleasant.
Firstly the room was up a narrow and windy flight of stairs so if you have a heavy bag or mobility issues you're in trouble. The bed was about to fall apart, the frame was shaking like crazy. It was also very uncomfortable and I have a sore neck from the pillows. The air con is so loud that it's like sleeping next to a tractor. And, they had a live band just outside of our room for a couple of hours. No heads up from reception, no asking if we are ok with the noise - unpleasant if you ask me but music is subjective. Our plan for this stay was to rest, go to sleep early ready for an early flight but we couldn't do any of that because, unbeknownst to us, we booked a front room to a concert!

קיבלנו חדר לא נוח, ולא תואם לחדר שהזמנו. רק לאחר שהתלוננו בקבלה, החליפו לנו חדר.
לאחר ביצוע ההזמנה פנינו למלון בהודעות בכתב כמה פעמים, באפליקציה ובמייל, ולא קיבלנו כל מענה.
