Big room in a convenient location

Big and bright room, the gym, location.

Cons:

Was not very clean. Also during my stay the floor was not mopped. No desk to work from. No power sockets next to the beds. In general it is time for a good renovation.

I highly recommend and would stay here again.
Pros:

I was impressed with the location of the hotel as you can walk to see so many places in the city. I cannot thank the staff enough for my early check in…. After a long flight and their patience with my lack of Spanish. The room was very spacious too.

Aparenta ser más de lo que es. No había enchufes cerca de la cama. Pagamos una habitación para 3 adultos y si bien tenía 3 camas, estaba armada como para dos.

Excelente hotel
Pros:

El desayuno rico y variado. El baño amplio y cómodo. La habitación grande y confortable . El colchón y almohadas cómodas . Piscina climatizada no muy grande pero hermosa. Me sentí muy a gusto en este hotel

Pros:

Buena ubicación. Personal amable. Lindo clima. Pude quedarme hasta las 11am. Tiene estacionamiento disponible, pero cobran un extra, cosa q no me fue correctamente indicada cuando llegué.

Cons:

Pedí hab en piso alto y no fue así, me dieron el 5to. Luego, como me quejé que habían salido pelos de adentro al encender el hidro, me pasaron a piso 10. Mismo salió pelo en el jacuzzi general, y tampoco estaba muy limpia la piscina… además de muchos pelos había moho en los bordes donde toca el agua (cosa que ya había leído en otro comentario). Las toallas del área común que nos dieron estaban desastrosas.

Al hacer la reserva con pago adelantado me confirmaron la reserva y cuando llegue al hotel me dijeron que el pago no pasó, tuvieron varios días para informar, lo más desagradable es al llegar y ser informado que debía el alojamiento me cobraron un mayor valor al de la reserva , no respetaron el precio de la teserva
