Pros:

The facility is beautiful and quiet and the receptionist is helpful.

Cons:

The toilet was used and unflushed when we arrived that left me a concern of the hygiene, even though the remaining room looked sparkling clean.

Perfect Winter Couples Getaway
Pros:

Beautifully appointed, the fireplace and spa bath are wonderful for a winter getaway. The kitchen is well-equipped. The property is private and quiet. Walking distance to Hepburn's cafés, restaurants, galleries and shops.
