Parecia un hotel de terror no lo recomiendo
The staff are all super nice. The premium room was spacious. The large smart tv was appreciated when stuck inside due to a typhoon.
The toilet didn’t flush very well, this wasn’t a major problem just a little inconvenience. And the door to the room was stiff which meant I couldn’t close it quietly, this may have made noise for other guests.
Location is great, very close to UST
The photos of the rooms on booking are not real, I didnt get what I payed for and the toilet bidet was leaking. Staff were very helpful though, maybe I will choose a different hotel next time.

The accessibility was nice. The room was clean, everything was also in order. Very comfy bed too and really cold air conditioner
