J’y retournerais , très bon rapport qualité prix.
Pros:

Le personnel très accueillant, comme on venait de l’extérieur et que nous avions une rencontre ailleurs vers 6 heure, nous avons eu la chance d’avoir notre chambre d’avance ce qui nous a permis de se préparer sans courir. Et
Merci infiniment pour cette attention.

Cons:

Bien , pas nécessairement pas apprécié, la chambre était très propre, grand lit, étant au premier, accès à l’extérieur nous permettait de passer plus rapidement pour aller à la recention et à la salle au déjeuner.
Mais la porte laisse passer beaucoup d’air, j’étais contente de trouver une façon d’enlever le bruit qui sifflait.

Poor visit experience
Pros:

On the recommendation of the hotel rep, our Expedia reservation was cancelled with the promised better price directly with the hotel. However, on our arrival 13-05-26, our new reservation did not exist !
Eventually, another room was found, however, it contained 2 double beds, not the promised queens, and was $31 + tax more expensive per night. The quality of this room was also lower, with no included room service, missing paint patches, poor heating controls, and missing seats in the room

Peut mieux faire
Pros:

Un nette besoin d’un rafraîchissement, les lits sont confortables, pour les draps, j’ai un doute, cela n'apparaissaient pas nettes..
Au petit déjeuner, la dame de service pas d'interactions et ne répond pas lorsqu'on lui dit bonjour....
Les deux personnes de la réception ont été très professionnelles et très agréables.

Cons:

Les draps ne semblaient pas avoir été changés.

Le gérant s'est montré très compréhensif et amical à mon check out et m'a permis de rester deux heures de plus
