Great Location. Excellent lounge room space with bar access to meet up with friends for coffee & drinks. Friendly staff. 24 hr reception. Parking station under. Can walk to a lot of Restaurants even Salamanca is walkable.

RACV was in the middle of the CBD. Easy access to shopping precincts and easy stroll to the harbour. Many restaurants and tours are within walking distance.

Location was convenient, it is a lovely hotel.
I booked an apartment and was given a hotel room. After enquiring the hotel stated that I had changed the booking which was not the case. I requested twin single beds rather than a king and received confirmation of an apartment with twin bed configuration had been booked. However I paid the same rate as an apartment, and both the hotel and booking.com refuse to provide any reasonable compensation for the incorrect room - not even the difference in room rate.
I still can’t get clarification whether it was booking.com or the hotel who made the error; there’s a Lack of accountability from both parties in providing this information.
