Wonderful reception team, including Ben. Very helpful when it came to suggesting places to eat and to visit. Room was excellent. Upgraded to a 1 bedroom apartment. Also ate at their restaurant. Also high marks for the food and price there.
Parking is limited but they do have a valet service so it worked out fine.

The location for us was very good.
We had a one bedroom suite and it was just not welcoming (if that’s the right word). The room was very clinical. It had a plain couch and a 4 seater table. And it was all bland. The bedroom lighting was terrible and clothing storage was limited to hanging only.

Good location. Able to get a meal and drink at Cascade important as the restaurant closed.
A very noisy group were booked at the same time and they certainly took over the lounge area - they were obviously also a booking however we were relieved when they left.

Rooms immaculate and cleaning staff did an excellent job to the point of double checking if I wanted my room made up when I had forgotten to put the sign on the door. Thank you. ps so great to have your own heat pump and able to open a window for fresh air.

We loved the central location which allowed us to be able to walk to most places we wanted to go to. The lounge area was a peaceful area to sit and enjoy a drink and read a book.
