I booked 2 rooms, 1 was on top floor with a full bathroom including bath. Huge comfy bed, separate lounge space. Location was close to everything. Would stay again.
Loud music nearby, and noisy lifts kept me awake. I do realise not much hotel can do about that.
Lovely room in the CBD and close to the waterfront.
Breakfast was great!! Bacon n Saussges very filling n tasty!
The toilet door didnt quite shut n latch so had to put a towel behind it for priacy Also toilet seat a bit off centre But nice and roomy, loved the bath n shower and lots of lights!

Great location and room was comfortable except for the sofa bed that we did not require but was so uncomfortable to have to sit on! Breakfast was very good and generous! Would recommend to family and friends.
We did not have a good view from our windows and we thought the room was quite warm all the time!

Parking was full after we had paid - we had to hand the car hire keys to some 'random' in the car park for valet parking and then hope that the car wasn't damaged or missing in the morning. We were instructed to collect our keys from reception on check out. The next morning, we found our car in a non designated park, tight against a wall blocking part of the exit lane.
