Pros:

Excellent location, delightful balcony, decent views and very helpful staff. They organised reservations at ‘Fake French’ restaurant in advance for us which was very much appreciated as the restaurant was excellent.

Pros:

Labas brokastis, kas tika papildinātas atkarībā no viesu daudzuma.
Plašs numuriņš ar jauku balkonu. Tīrs un kluss numuriņš. Laba atrašanās vieta -tuvu metro, galvenā gājēju iela. Vēsturiskais pilsētas centrs - 15 min gājiena attāumā.

Η τοποθεσία, το μέγεθος του δωματίου, το μπαλκόνι του δωματίου.

Cons:

Θα μπορούσε να είναι λίγο πιο καθαρό είχε αράχνες στο ταβάνι. Προτιμήσαμε αντί της εφαρμογής να μας καλέσει ταξί το ξενοδοχείο για μεγαλύτερη σιγουριά, απο την εμπειρία μας οι ταξιτζήδες στην Σοφία ζητάνε οτι θέλουν. Το τάξί ομως που κάλεσε το ξενοδοχείο ήταν ακόμα χειρότερο, ζήτησε 32,00 € όταν η κανονική χρέωση είναι το πολύ 12,00 € ! Δεν του τα δώσαμε βέβαια, αλλα σίγουρα η επιλογή των ταξί που συνεργάζεται το ξενοδοχείο είναι πολύ κακή! Επίσης έτρεχε πολύ και δεν φορούσε ζώνη!

Skaisti, ērti, mājīgi, cenai atbilstoši. Vieta - ļoti tuvu centrālajai gājēju ielai un metro.
Pros:

Brokastis ar bagātīgu asortimentu. Viss, kas piedāvājumā, garšīgs.

Cons:

1. Ūdeni kafijas un tējas pagatavošanai tomēr nevajadzētu ņemt no vietējā ūdensvada (krāna), jo jūtama ir hlora piegarša.

2. Jānovērš cigarešu dūmu iekļūšanu brokastu ēdamzālē - periodiski tie dūmi no kaut kurienes tomēr ienāk. Arī uz numuriņu lodžijām smēķēt būtu jāaizliedz. Es saprotu, ka Bulgārijā smēķē visi un visur, tomēr būtu jādod iespēja elpot gaisu bez cigarešu indīgās smakas vismaz viesnīcās. Šajā konkrētajā viesnīcā kopumā cigaretes bija tikai īslaicīga problēma un dažas reizes, tomēr labāk būtu, ja uz lodžijām netiktu novietoti pelnu trauki, tādējādi provocējot viesus šai nejaukajai nodarbei. Latvijā nekas tāds sen vairs nav iedomājams.

Average comfy stay.

Staff is helpful, Ms Alexandra and her colleagues very helpful and sorted out our trip, sight seeing

Elevator, lift is working fine.

Location is perfect, walking to all shopping and main square and vitosha boulevard street just 2 blocks away.
All sight seeing in walking.. Within 3km.

Good basic breakfast.

Cons:

Aircon not working at all. When asked, we were told that it's going to be cold after next 3 days, so you don't require it.
Well, that's not the answer we expect when u have Aircon mentioned as room amenities. V had to keep our window/balcony door open during night, it's downside is, outside street vehicle traffic noise.

Very tiny bathrooms, shower cubicle is too tight for even a petite person. Not comfortable at all.
