Pros:

Fabulous expansive breakfast. Good value cocktails in the roof bar. Great position on the marina and friendly staff.

Cons:

Probably an oversight but only one can of water in the room. Settee quite stained.

Good, but not good enough for the price.
Pros:

Friendly check-in, decent room, spacious bathroom, comfortable bed, room service (since Covid, lots of hotels don't offer this).

Cons:

Noise coming from floor above - continual loud banging and crashing. I reported it twice via text and at least twice on the phone. It wasn't sorted out.
Very old TV needs replacing with Smart one.
No menu in room. Found it online, virtually no healthy options.
Breakfast almost stone cold (I won't bother with the 'hot' option next time) - I feed this back every time I stay but nothing ever changes.
Parking ridiculously expensive.

Ok stay but uncleay guest storage procedures
Pros:

The room was nice. I’m the coffee selection in room could have been better, breakfast was standard. The main negative was that there wasn’t a mini fridge in the room and so we had to store baby milk in the hotel’s fridge at the reception which upon leaving the hotel the reception could not find the milk, after waiting over half an hour we gad to leave without the baby milk and actually wouldn’t have felt comfortable giving our babies the milk not knowing if it had been stored safely.
After departing the hotel with the staff unable to locate the milk they then called around 30 minutes after saying they had found the items but by this time we had already travelled too far from the hotel and needed to be at home.
Quite an unsettling experience from such a large chain. Disappointing.
