Very friendly staff! Clean good size room and provided cot for baby.
Booking.com messed up our booking, luckily Hilton were able to accommodate us.
Only slight downside to the room was the side lights and main lights were connected but there were also lamps. Also the pillows are quite large, nice and comfy to rest against but maybe slightly too plump to sleep on.

Noisy bathroom extractor fan in the room kept us up overnight, had to call out reception to resolve who came and helped quickly. Also woken up early in the morning to what seemed like furniture being moved around in the restaurant above.
Shower was leaking water into the bathroom leaving a large puddle on the floor.
Disappointed there was no actual coffee machine in the room, just a kettle and instant coffee sachets.

Room view was just the wall of the Holiday in next door.
Directly opposite the Double Tree Hilton hotel is a party boat with ‘boom, boom’ head banging music all afternoon and all night until around 10pm.
Do not pay for the suits (rooms with balcony), you will be directly above the party boat.
From late afternoon onwards outside of the hotel (near the party boat) is full of drugged up people and drunk people as well as homeless.
Double Tree Hilton rooftop bar is lovely however the outside area of the rooftop bar (two small balcony’s) all you can hear is the horrendous party bus music.
