Das beste Hotel in Nosy Be.

Le lieu est splendide et les chambres très confortables.

Cons:

Nous nous sommes sentis clairement mis à la porte dès le check-out à 12h, alors que nous avions prévenu que nous resterions déjeuner au snack (payant) en attendant notre taxi pour notre vol de 17h.
L’attitude a changé immédiatement : proposition de couper aussitôt notre bracelet all inclusive, regards insistants à la réception, information transmise peu discrètement au bar, nous avons compris que nous n’avions même plus droit à un verre d’eau gratuit. Après avoir dépensé près de 600 € en 3 jours, nous nous sommes sentis traités comme des parasites. Dommage, cela laisse une très mauvaise impression en fin de séjour.

Incroyable
Pros:

Le personnel, la propreté et l’entretien de l'établissement, le restaurant, SHARONE au bar qui était top et super accueillante avec nous.
Cet hôtel mérite la 5eme étoile et ils vont y arriver c’est sûr !
Le lieu est incroyable !
Pour amélioré le côté luxe ++ peut être ajouter des peignoirs+ chaussons dans les chambre, un bar à la grande piscine et un restaurant à la carte. Mais même sans ça c’est déjà le kiff absolu. Nous reviendrons.

Eu gostei muito desse hotel, os funcionários são incríveis, sempre muito simpáticos… Masy, Fiderana, lilly Rose, Anisterance,Elodio, wilson, Nina,Chamsdine, Gerald,Tojo and everybody else made my staying impeccable! Thank you so much for everything!!!

Pros:

gros coup de cœur, la gentillesse du personnel mention spéciale à l'accueil pour Macy, les dirigeants, toujours un petit mot gentil, l'hôtel est incroyable avec ses jardins, ses vues, ses massages, je recommande vivement et j'ai hâte d'y retourner.

La vue de la chambre et le confort était incroyable.

Alles is verzorgd en hygiënisch de mensen zijn echt heel vriendelijk echt een top vakantie

De manager Ivan regelt het per direct als je iets nodig hebt
