Cons:

- it seems there was another DoubleTree Hilton inChongQing. Our first taxi driver dropped us off at the wrong one - would be helpful to somehow have that difference clearer in the naming

Nice and great services
Pros:

The welcoming receptionists are nice, professional and friendly. Of course, they can be quicker when doing the check in processing as I was quite tired after a long flight.

I think the breakfast:
- the choices or selections could be more varied. Give guests more choices.

Others:
- For the deluxe suite, I think there could be more food or drinks or flowers or something to welcome me home.

Pros:

地理位置优越，楼下就是星光68广场，附近居民区就有很多好吃的店，虽然离观音桥轻轨站有点远，但逛街和吃美食很方便。酒店的员工都很热情，大堂的齐锋和牟春平两位员工每次都很热心地帮忙，非常感谢。房间干净舒适，床品质量不错。

Cons:

酒店直通商场的电梯写着10点停止运行，但是9点半从商场就按不亮了，晚上有点不太方便。

服务很差 办入住的时候，前台三个柜台空着，我站那儿很久没人跟我打招呼。还是门口开门的大叔跟我打招呼提醒前台。而且很不热情。第二天早上下楼吃饭，我问问题的时候，煮面的小哥哥一直翻白眼，入住体验很差
