Excellent location, 2 minutes from East Croydon Station. Staff very welcoming and friendly.

Cons:

Hotel needs a refresh, particularly the common areas. Poor furnishing and carpeting.
Air conditioning in the rooms needs servicing and maybe updating.

Séjour en famille à Londres

L'emplacement
Un membre du personnel du petit déjeuner qui était force de propositions car mon compagnon est végétarien comme ce monsieur.

Cons:

La chambre trop petite pour 3 adultes correspond plus à 2 adultes et 1 enfant.
Un premier prélèvement quelque jours avant notre arrivée a été effectué (ce qui était bien expliqué) sauf que lors de notre check in ce montant n'a pas été déduit mais rendu à la fin du séjour et donc nous avons dû payer l'intégralité du séjour.
