Staff lovely very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

10th floor Room was too too too tiny. Shouldn't be a room, very claustrophobic and just uncomfortable unfortunately. Couldn't find the kettle and glasses until we slid closed the bathroom door and there they were behind the sliding door. No wardrobe either, a tiny rail about 12 inches long.

The breakfast was ok

Cons:

Was shocked how they didn't do any upgrades for years, the room was filthy, especially the comforter. Was not a good location, Uber rides to town were very expensive! Will not stay again and I do not recommend this place!!!

Comfortable stay with helpful hotel staff close to East Croydon station
Pros:

Friendly staff, comfortable bed, large tv, handy restaurant on site for light snacks

Cons:

Car access a bit difficult, cooked breakfast a bit greasy and limited fruit on offer

A mixed experience, but OK
Pros:

Staff very friendly - especially front desk manager ?Gamina? She did her best to help with problems, like a bedside light not working.
Clean, room service daily, good stock of toiletries.
Breakfast, although uninspiring, was included.

Cons:

Room was quite small, with nowhere to store cases except the floor. Haphazard experience - we were there during a hot spell, the room got very hot but the aircon was broken. Reported this twice, it was fixed twice, but fix only lasted a few hours. We gave up and got by with the fan they lent us, on the windowsill. One day we returned about 4pm and room hadn't been serviced, meaning we had no toilet paper or tissues at all - when reported, this was put right, but it took time.

Genial opción para estancia corta. Ubicación buena.
Pros:

En el servicio de desayuno, había una chica con gafas (lo siento, no sé su nombre), que nos ofreció todos los días una opción vegana caliente (salchichas de verduras). Agradecemos su atención y amabilidad.

Debería haber más opciones veganas. Por ejemplo, embutidos veganos.
