La limpieza y el desayuno

Cons:

Habitación muy pequeña, no pueden pasar dos personas entre las camas,el sofá que ofrecen para dormir la 3 persona es una piedra no tiene colchón, los colchones hacen ruido todos los muelles,la ubicación está a 45 minutos como mínimo de los puntos de interés y a 6£ , no tiene armario tiene 4 perchas.

if it wasn't for France and her staff this experience would be average
Pros:

I really was surprised with the hospitality of the staff especially with France who was working at the desk. She accommodated us with anything we needed and made our experience so good that we will be returning there again... Thank you France... see you again x

I think the breakfast was a bit bland however the staff was so pleasant and friendly it didn't hinder our experience

Great stay after sightseeing
Pros:

Nice, clean hotel with lovely breakfast. Reasonable price at a reasonable distance from Central London. Staff friendly and helpful, we could check in in no time. Great stay after a long sightseeing day in London. Extra nice Hungarian girl working in the breakfast area.

Cons:

Cold breakfast could be more varied, some veggies would be a great add, but you won't have complaints with the hot stuff. Adjoining rooms have their downsides.
