Pros:

The staffs were very friendly and helpful

Cons:

The rooms were so small, so tiny for the price. There was no table or desk in the room. We felt claustrophobic. I will not go back just for that

Every request dealt with exceptionally well

Special shout out to Manoj and Karima who went above and beyond for us, made our stay pleasant, made it a homely atmosphere, and dealt with us with kind, respectful manner. Provided service with a smile. Hampton by Hilton London Croydon - are lucky to have them on as staff - face of the hotel!

P.S. they also sorted out accessible parking
