Non service hotel in nice part of the city
Pros:

Quiet and clean rooms.

Cons:

The staff at the reception were incredibly unmotivated and not very helpful (students?). They were wearing headphones and were eating while talking with me. My requests were replied with ignorance, not knowing how they could support. The worst hotel service I have ever experienced!

Roomy with some fun extras!
Pros:

The queen room with sofa was roomy and comfortable! There was a beautiful balcony overlooking the city that we loved. Every afternoon there were fresh chocolate chip cookies at the check in desk. Coffee and tea were available 24/7.

Cons:

The bathtub drain was slow. The property was a little hard to get into from the busy road.

Very satisfied with our stay!
Pros:

Hot tub jets were awesome!
Pool and everything clean!

Cons:

Parking was a bit tight at times but other than that all was good!
No one was at the front desk when we checked out at 6:08am - got the gal doing breakfast and coffee bc she said she was the only one there. I get it, things happen and it was all fine.
The coffee at 6:05am on the morning we checked out wasn’t hot but the gal doing breakfast microwaved it for me and another person.
