Had a last minute family emergency and chose this hotel because it was close to the hospital. There is one guy who’s super unfriendly and acts like anything you ask is an inconvenience. Fortunately after a couple days, Felix came on shift and is a delight to work with. Super friendly, helpful, and does everything to make your stay as comfortable and easy as possibly!

We traveled for a medical appointment and the customer service was excellent and the hoell was very clean. The pool and hot tub area was well-kept and very clean. We will be staying there any time we have to travel to Salt Lake.
Our family of four - with 2 teenage boys - found this hotel to meet and exceed expectations. Very spacious with ideal room layout. Great views and all amenities were excellent (shout out to breakfast for a hungry family). Easy to get to and from our other SLC points of interest. Would absolutely return.
Great location, close to the hospital plus their was other places to eat around the hotel in walking distance.

Quiet and clean rooms.
The staff at the reception were incredibly unmotivated and not very helpful (students?). They were wearing headphones and were eating while talking with me. My requests were replied with ignorance, not knowing how they could support. The worst hotel service I have ever experienced!
The queen room with sofa was roomy and comfortable! There was a beautiful balcony overlooking the city that we loved. Every afternoon there were fresh chocolate chip cookies at the check in desk. Coffee and tea were available 24/7.
The bathtub drain was slow. The property was a little hard to get into from the busy road.
