Convenient for travellers
Pros:

Location is very good. It’s close to Hamamatsucho and also Shinbashi. It was nice that I can open the window and feel outside air. I didn’t use but there is laundry.

Cons:

Corridor is outside, so if it’s Winter, it can be cold. You cannot use stairs between ground floor and 2nd floor, so that was inconvenient when the lift is full. Some were walking around with pajamas.

Prawie nie spałem
Pros:

Śniadanie w formie bufetu było dobre jak za żądaną cenę. Wszystko było świeże i był rozsądny wybór posiłków. Prysznic działał tak jak powinien, z czym miałem w Japonii kilka razy problemy - łatwo było ustawić odpowiednią temperaturę wody.

Cons:

Pokój śmierdzący tytoniem, czuć było też od materaca, gdy się na nim kładło - nigdy więcej pokoju dla palących. Spłuczka od toalety bardzo długo się napełniała i potem jeszcze słychać było jak kapie przez jakieś 15 minut po spuszczeniu wody, przez co w nocy dodatkowo utrudniało zasypianie. Klimatyzacja nie czyszczona chyba kilka lat, zebrał się na niej gruby nalot brudu. Klimatyzacja była też bardzo głośna nawet na najniższych obrotach, przez co przy włączonej nie dało się spać a po otwarciu okna głośno z ulicy...
