Bylismy drugi raz w tym hotelu - niestety teraz było widać że hotel postawił na ilośc i odpuscił jakość dotyczy glownie restauracji - naczynia nie domyte, jedzenie monotonne... Miejsce urokliwe ale zamiast wypoczynku - wrażenie że im glośniej tym lepiej, i to już od 10.00-11.00 rano - kilka osób w basenie cwiczący aerobic a kilkadziesiąt męczy się na leżakach czekając końca koncertu prowadzący zachęcając do ćwiczeń są bardzo głośni nawet przy basenie dla najmłodszych..zamiast odpoczynku trzeba z dzieckiem uciekać do pokoju bo nie pośpi na dworzu... dziedziniec hotelu z częścią koncertową jest miejscem do spędzenia wieczoru w sympatycznej atmosferze ale jezeli macie male dzieci to dudno polożyc spać. Proscie o pokoje od zewnętrznej strony wtedy macie gwarancje że polozycie milusinskich przed 22.30
Good, quiet location, large hotel, good entertainment at the evening.
Food very basic, more fancy only for a weekend like prawns and seramo permajamo ham, other than that nothing impressive, chicken breast always was very poor, bbq meats also very hard. Desert always same tipe same taste. Drinks was good.

For kids entertainment felt left behind at the evenings , only little dancing at the stage started half 17, where actuality all the kids at the pool at the time, no evening programmes for kids. Just kahoot game and show at night for adults.

La amabilidad del personal, la ubicación y el ambiente, especialmente su fiesta temática de los viernes. La comida del bar piscina muy buena, sobre todo sus hamburguesas.
Había cosas que mejorar en cuanto a calidad de comida en el buffet principal y que no pude reservar para comer en el buffet asiático nada más hospedarme porque estaba todo reservado.

Parece que la habitación no la limpian todos los días, ni te cambian las sábanas ni te rellenan los jabones y demás, parecía que el suelo tampoco lo limpiaban ni lo fregaban, solamente te hacían la cama y ya

Las instalaciones espectaculares y la atención espectacular
Como residentes en la isla hemos estado en muchos hoteles, como somos personas trabajadoras q salimos tarde del trabajo normalmente hacemos un late check in y en otros hoteles nos ofrecen como cortesía un late check out y aquí nos han echado a las 12:00, por lo cual perdimos medio día del viernes y medio día del domingo habiendo pagado un todo incluido.
Por esta razón no lo recomendamos para residentes.
