Volvería a repetir sin duda.

Me gustó mucho las instalaciones, el hotel es enorme, los trabajadores súper amables.

Cons:

Cuando llegamos, la habitación estaba sucia, habían pelos en el baño, purpurina encima del porta rollos del papel higiénico, y el suelo de la habitación sucio, pero también he de decir, que la camarera que fue al día siguiente dejó la habitación súper limpia, el piso brillaba

Superbe séjour dans cet hôtel exceptionnel
Pros:

Etablissement exceptionnel, hyper propre, super grand, nourriture vraiment très bonne. Activités sympas (stretching, yoga, aquagym), chambre très belle et fonctionnelle. Rapport qualité prix excellent !

Cons:

Population familiale et retraitée, pas de jeunes, mais l'hôtel n'y est pour rien !

I will be a repeat customer.
Pros:

1. My husband needs an electric wheelchair. THIS IS THE MOST BARRIER FREE HOTEL WE HAVE VISITED EVER - ANYPLACE - AT ANY PRICE! The staff was super friendly and helpful.
2. When they say all-inclusive, they mean it. If you see it, it is included. No extra charges. No upgrading. No two tier restaurants. No spas, gift shops, excursions! Just ultra-clean, food or snacks and drinks available 24/7, five pools, evening entertainment, beautiful location.
3. Compared to lesser resorts, it is terrific value for money!

Cons:

Although the buffets have everything you need, sometimes the food was lukewarm to cool. And I am a good cook so I thought the chefs weren't schooled in carving meat properly. But that's me.

Muy decepcionados con la estancia
Cons:

En general, no entendemos las puntuaciones positivas.
- En primer lugar, la comida es lo peor del hotel. No hay variedad en absoluto, sólo una carne y un pescado en lo que a las planchas se refiere, además, lo dejan crudo (tenemos fotos) cosa que es muy peligrosa de cara a la consumición por cualquier bacteria. De resto, no hay opciones variadas como en otros hoteles.
- Segundo, el personal se nota completamente desmotivado. Son muy desagradables y de todos, sólo nos sonrieron 2 personas. Empezando por el botones, que nos llevó a la habitación, no nos ofreció ayuda con las maletas en ningún momento, algo que nos pareció muy llamativo... continuamos con el personal de restaurante, muy maleducados, no dan los buenos días, ni las buenas tardes, y básicamente ni te miran. Además, cuando se acerca la hora de cierre no tienen ningún inconveniente en ponerte el carrito con la basura al lado de tu mesa y comenzar a gritar para generar incomodidad al cliente y que se vaya. Por último, el personal de recepción, aparte de hablar mal de otros clientes delante de nosotros, fuimos a celebrar el cumpleaños de un familiar lo pusimos en la reserva y no tuvieron ni el mínimo detalle de felicitarla a la llegada.
- Tercero, las piscinas estaban muy frías, y el 90% del tiempo ocupadas con toallas sin clientes. En ningún momento vimos a ningún manager en ningún área controlando cómo está el hotel.
- Por último, aunque igualmente nos quedan más cosas que comentar. La localización de la habitación fue penosa. Nos escondieron en el último lugar del hotel, y para colmo, teníamos una puerta abierta al lado de una habitación sin hacer, sólo con cemento, una imagen pésima para el hotel.

Nos gustaría aclarar que nos dedicamos al sector turístico y sabemos perfectamente lo que estamos hablando y reclamando. La calidad-precio está muy desequilibrada y no volveremos ni recomendaremos a nadie.

pues en mi habitación teníamos justo encima de la cama un ruido del extractor suponemos que era de un extractor que estaba sonando 24h sin parar y a la hora de descansar era imposible la habitación era la 3800.
