Very efficient, clean, convienient staying place.
Pros:

Ten minutes walk to Tokyo station. Fifteen minutes to Limo bus to Haneda. Downtown business business location.. not a popular tourist area. Not many opportunities available for lunch without standing on a line with all the business people. But if one is out and about town during the day that doesn't matter. And any case I chose a twice because it's close to Tokyo station. Very small room for one person as usual. Slept well and good shower good bathroom. Great location if you like to walk around the city and see beautiful buildings. Excellent for business person. Breakfast available for 1,800Y. Family Mart just around the corner open 24/7 with places to eat inside.... which is unusual.

una soluzione pratica
Pros:

soluzione pratica, posizione centrale e comodissima rispetto a linea che collega con gli aeroporti, stazione. i dintorni sono quelli tipici di un'area per uffici. stanza essenziale, come tante. struttura piccola. la colazione, come altri viaggiatori hanno notato, è giapponese (2 tipi), o americana, non dolce. prese elettriche dove serve.

Cons:

il condizionatore sul testile del letto può essere fastidioso: perchè non spostarlo sul corridoio (che dista solo un metro...)? se avete più di una valigia non saprete dove metterla.
