This is a fantastic accommodation option if you are on a budget.
Pros:

Tranquilo y cerca del transporte publico
Pros:

La habitación estuvo bien considerando que solo era yo la unica en la habitación, me agrado que el baño tuviera tina. Me agrado que la habitación contará con un espacio con escritorio para trabajar. El hotel está cerca de varias estaciones de tren-metro y no tan lejos está la estación de Tokio. El desayuno con tres opciones totalmente japonesas y una opcion americana me agrado mucho, el desayuno japones es de lo mejor que probe durante mi estancia. Tienen lavanderia interna y te prestan plancha si la solicitas en recepción. El personal es muy amable.

Cons:

Hace falta un lugar adecuado para colgar la ropa dentro de la habitación pero también se comprende por el tamaño de la habitación

L’accueil très sympathique, nous avons pu notamment laisser nos valises avant de pouvoir faire le Check in L’hôtel est bien situé, pas loin de la gare à pied. L’équipement de la chambre est parfait.

La ubicación.

Cons:

Aún si elegimos una habitación que sabíamos que era para fumadores (era la única opción que teníamos para esas 2 noches que estuvimos en el centro de Tokyo), era demasiado fuerte el olor a tabaco. Se sentía impregnado en las paredes.
Por otro lado, nos hemos alojado anteriormente en hoteles Fresa Inn, y este no estaba a la altura de otros.

Rooms are larger than average Tokyo size
Pros:

Twin rooms were really spacious for Tokyo and could easily accommodate 3 adults with the couch converted. The twin beds were also double size.

Cons:

This is my bad for not researching it prior, but I prefer a property with more communal area so when you’re travelling in a party you can meet easily. The reception area is relatively small with only one couch.
