Pros:

Bra frukost och perfekt läge i Ginza med två tunnelbanelinjer bara några minuter från hotellet.

Cons:

Ventilationen var lite si och så i rummet och heltäckningsmattan var lite smuttsig men allt

全体的には良かったです。

Cons:

ポットが臭ったのが気になりました。
いわゆる生乾き臭です。
すすいでお湯を沸かして使いましたが、蓋の方のニオイかを取れなかったままでした。

Convenient location and helpful staff
Pros:

Location of the hotel is great and is convenient and accessible. Staff are friendly and accommodating - my friend and I had separate bookings but they managed to put us on the same floor. Also had questions about the luggage transport service and they were very helpful.

Cons:

The carpet in the room was not really clean and there was a bit of a musty smell from it. Room gets a bit stuffy overnight due to the lack of ventilation and window cannot be opened for safety reasons.

The location is great , around 10 minute walk to Tokyo Station. The neighbourhood is very nice too.
Staff were helpful and friendly.
Good restaurant attached to hotel

Rooms are small, this was expected so not an issue.
