Historic charming old architecture in the heart of Old San Juan with beautiful and comfortable amenities!
Pros:

The location, rooftop pool, and breakfast on the roof were amazing!! We loved the historic feel and old charm of the building. We had the deluxe room with a full balcony and it was beautiful and comfortable, nice cold AC, beautiful rain shower, and had beautiful views of the surrounding buildings and street. We walked everywhere and always felt safe! The staff were very friendly and accommodating as well!

Cons:

Nothing! We had an amazing stay here!

Great stay for ages 15 to 55! Our family of 6 had plenty of room and a wonderful time exploring old San Juan! Gracias!

A sufficient way to save a little money.
Pros:

Central location in old San Juan can’t be beat. Walkable to coffee, dinner, El Morro. The rooftop with the pool and bar was very fun.

Cons:

Air conditioner in the kitchen/living room did not work. That was the room with all of the little balconies overlooking the street. It was pretty hot in there most of the time.

Location was perfect and staff were great
Pros:

Staff were wonderful! The room was nice and clean. The only complaint is not having a window in the room but otherwise pretty nice. Great location!

I usually don’t leave reviews for anything online but this one really compelled me to, if this helps anyone.

The check-in process was weird. I have traveled a lot and they always ask you to tap or insert your card for a hold. In this case, the lady took my card and noted down all details and cvv. I have not seen any unknown charges but this is incredibly unprofessional and risky.

I was initially given a room which had no windows, and barely any light. It was also right in front of the ice machine for the staff to use so you it was loud. There was no desk or anything. Nothing as advertised. Upon complaining, I was told I’d be moved to another room if I paid for it. After complaining a few times, they did upgrade me to the bigger room. I will give them that.

I stayed in old San Juan for 8 days. Having walked around and see other places, tbh this is place is way too expensive for what it offers. There are better, cleaner places with nicer staff in the area.

Very nice boutique hotel in the middle of Viejo San Jaun.
Pros:

Nice interior design, friendly staff, quiet, very nice neihbourhood to walk frim easily.

Cons:

Water getting cold too quick in the bathroom, remote for airco not available, you had to ask the staff.

Pleasant stay
Pros:

The location was so perfect for me. Less than 5 min walk to everything i had on my list. I definitely recommend Dos Lobos and Deaverdura to everyone reading this. I loved the vintage yet renovated vibe of the hotel. The room i stayed in was spacious and well decorated. I just didn’t like that i couldn’t control the A/C. And the water wasn’t hot enough. Aside from that. Everything was nice

It was a decent stay, but I would not pay that amount to stay there again.
Pros:

The ambience of old San Juan in the hotel was wonderful! The cleanliness of the room was wonderful. Having a bar to go hang out at in the evening on the bottom floor was perfect so I didn’t have to walk up and downhill of the streets to come back to my hotel after having a few drinks.

Cons:

It took almost 20 minutes to find someone when checking in, in order to actually check me in. The coffee bar area takes a little bit of time to actually get a coffee. While I appreciate that, it’s fresh brewed right there, when you have three or four people all trying to get a coffee it can take 30 or 40 minutes. The pool is very small so if three or four people are in there you don’t really have any space but to just stand in the pool. The elevator take a very, very long time to go up and down three flight. I was able to walk up three flights of stairs to my room get what I need out of the room and come back downstairs before the elevator was even available. Mind you there was nobody else using the elevator, that’s just how long that elevator takes. When you are actually in the elevator coming down, expect to be in there for at least 2 and a half minutes to three minutes before you get from the third floor to the bottom floor.
