Pros:

SPA, breakfast and rooms

Cons:

The location is not particularly easy to reach without a car, and there was a strong smell of cigarette smoke in the room which was not the best since a 5 star hotel

Cons:

Pros:

Location and facilities.

Cons:

Staff at reception were not helpful. Electricity went off hot no water until sfter 1 hour. Staff said they don't know and then l they said after 10 min technical staff are working. Just to get an update was difficult and we got standard response "we don't know". Until other guests eere calling to complain about water then they started taking action.

Pros:

Panoramic view!

Cons:

Some members of the reception staff do not speak English, and had a bunch of situations where it would have been really helpful.

Pros:

More than the expectations
Pros:

The location and view were very good .. ..the staff were very kind and nice ..the facilities were extra great ..special thanks Cigdem, infront disk, she was super nice and super helpful .. would definitely come again to same hotel

Cons:

Part of the hotel was still not renovated ..but even though it was in a very good conditions..no harm of using it ..it was almost same as the renovated one .. so I would not consider it a negative..same as the spa was under renovation so I believe it was my bad luck ..but next time for sure I would be able to use it
So in general nothing there to talk about
