Excellent for family, very clean & comfortable spacious room. Nice view outside.
Pros:

Location & thermal bath. The staff were very helpful, courteous & efficient. Especially Nura, the receptionist has been brilliant with her response, helpful for everything we need. She has got solution to every request we made. Very impressive service by Nura, definitely a 5 star.

Wunderbar!
Pros:

Das Hotel ist wunderbar gelegen, um viele Sehenswürdigkeiten ohne lange Anfahrten zu erreichen. Es war sehr sauber und das Frühstück war fantastisch. Das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend und ausnahmslos höflich. Ein geschichtsträchtiges wunderbares Hotel.

Pros:

El spa del hotel y la habitacion.

Cons:

No limpiaron la habitacion durante 2 días. Lo tuvimos que advertir para que la limpiaran. Y se supone un hotel de 5 estrellas. La llave de la puerta se bloqueaba en numerosas ocasiones. Tampoco funcionaba la caja fuerte.

Pros:

The staff had very good use of English and were incredibly helpful and positive, the spa area was amazing on the body after a long day of snowboarding on Uludag, and the rooms were pretty great.

Cons:

The laundry service was pretty tricky to use and seems like it could do with an update to the system (maybe using a QR code and a photo of your laundry) especially since there was no good way to request it was picked up.
The breakfast buffet was a little bit lacking, I felt some of the budget could've gone towards more warm meat or eggs that were kept warm and ready to go, rather than what was basically a sandwich station with cold meat, and an omelette station where you feel your order may be missed.
The restaurant and room service could have done with some healthier options.
