The Courtyard Marriott on Coventry Road provides good bang for your buck. Lots of amenities for the business traveler to the family of four. Great parking, super lounge and a fantastic filling breakfast. Kudos to the friendly support staff who make you feel like family. This is not the first time I have stayed here and will not be the last.
- Location right off 417 highway at Vanier Parkway was very convenient, though one has to know the neighbourhood well to navigate all the lanes safely.
- Underground parking and requirement for keyed elevator access to all floors except lobby/garage felt secure given the high risk neighbourhoods nearby and panhandlers in the parking lot.
- Received very quiet room location as requested.
- High ceilings with no sound of overhead guests.
- Separate walk in shower and bathtub in same bathroom
- Beautiful view from huge windows.
- Microwave and fridge in room.
- Bed wasn't very comfortable. Recent stays at other hotels had much better beds.
- Carpet in room.
- Tiniest bar fridge in King Studio had no freezing capacity and minimal refrigeration capacity. Very frustrating for a multi-night stay and not what expected with kitchentte area. Could at least provide medium bar fridge or full fridge as expected for this description and cost.
- Extraordinarily expensive at $360 CAD / night including taxes and fees.
- Bathroom light and fan combined so always noisy when light is on.
- Huge hotel 15 floors + 2 parking levels filled with tournament guests and other tourists visiting meant the three elevators were always full and took a long time to arrive to each floor while folks struggled with the keyed elevator access. Not the kind of place you can move up or down in a hurry, including 15th floor pool area.
Nice decor. Room seems to have been newly renovated. Very clean and spacious.

location was ideal for our needs in a one-night stopover.
the check-in was very slow. there was only one staff member for quite a while until someone else was found. The hotel was slow to respond to the arrival of a large group.
Le petit déjeuner était impeccable. Il faudrait juste mentionner sur l'annonce que c'est pour deux adultes et deux enfants par chambre, dans mon cas c'était 3 adultes et un enfant. Heureusement que la réception nous a offert un déjeuner de plus pour le troisième adultes, merci.
Les lits n'étaient pas confortables et la piscine était sur chlorée avec peu d'aération.
Very nice clean rooms and big: the staff is very friendly
We sometimes had to wait a very long time for the elevator.
There were two working elevators for the entire building. No service elevators, either, so if housekeeping had their cart in the elevator you had to squeeze around it or wait.
Given this was a 17 storey building - 2 parking levels and 15 floors (even a 13th floor), having two working elevators is a complete joke.
The hotel itself is adequate, similar to most other Courtyard by Marriott hotels. Staff is good. The buffet breakfast was amazing, which is why I’m giving it a higher rating than it deserves.
Spacious room. Friendly staff. Was able to get extra coffee when I needed it.
The pool was great but because it isn't monitored the whirlpool was full of kids even though the sign said no one under 12. And when I spoke to a child about it, mum got all offended.
