Rezerwowałem i zapłaciłem za pobyt 3 osób dorosłych że śniadaniem włączonym w cenę pobytu, a na miejscu dowiedziałem się, że w systemie pokój ma przypisane śniadanie dla dwóch osób i dwójki dzieci więc trzecia osoba dorosła musi za śniadanie zapłacić dodatkowo.Spodziewałbym się takiego oszustwa po podrzędnym hoteliku a nie po hotelu, który ma w nazwie Marriott.I booked and paid for a stay for three adults with breakfast included, only to find out upon arrival that the system had the room set up for two adults and two children, meaning the third adult had to pay extra for breakfast. I would expect this kind of scam from a low-end motel, not a hotel bearing the Marriott name.

To whom it may concern,
I am writing to formally express my disappointment regarding my recent stay at the Courtyard Ottawa East on Saturday.
Upon arrival, we were assigned Room 131, which was extremely noisy due to its location beside the parking entrance and the constant traffic of large groups of children. Although we were assured we would have a quiet night, the parking door slammed repeatedly throughout the day & evening as well as night—making it impossible for my wife and me to get any meaningful sleep.
After I reported the issue, the front desk on Saturday night the agent kindly moved us to Room 120. While this room was somewhat quieter, we continued to experience noise disturbances.
Considering that we paid nearly $700 for a two-night stay, I expected a comfortable, quiet, and restful experience. Unfortunately, the accommodations and overall guest experience fell well below the standard I expect from a Marriott property.
I would appreciate your review of this matter and look forward to hearing how you intend to address these concerns.
