Hôtel bien sympy
Pros:

Très bon accueil, des dames vraiment charmantes. Petit déjeuner complet, chambre propre idem salle de bain. Hôtel bien situé près de la place Carnot et la cité médiévale est accessible à 20 mn à pieds. Très agréable séjour.

Cons:

Juste ne pas mettre parking gratuit car tous les parkings sont payants à Carcassonne. Par contre facile à faire sur son téléphone avec l appli Paybyphone et moins de 6 euros la journée avec le parking sur le boulevard tout à côté.

Molt ben situat si fas el Canal du MIDI. Atenció del personal excel.lent. Habitació familiar còmode. Prop de serveis i restaurants i a 20 minuts a peu de la Cité.

Super accueil à la réception, avec de bons conseils. Chambre propre et terrasse très appréciable. Hotel bien situé permettant de se libérer de nos bagages pour profiter de Carcassonne.

Pros:

Un hôtel offrant un excellent rapport qualité-prix. Le petit-déjeuner est varié et copieux.

Le personnel est extrêmement attentionné, toujours à l’écoute des besoins des clients, très sympathique et accueillant.

L’emplacement est excellent, avec des possibilités de stationnement à proximité, ce qui est très pratique.

Je recommande vivement cet hôtel et j’y reviendrai avec grand plaisir lors d’un prochain séjour !

Close to train station, nice staff, safe area.
Pros:

Room was very reasonably priced and spacious. Staff was super nice.

Cons:

Slow drain in the shower, although it seems like that is a common issue throughout France... This was not the only place with the same issue, and I'm pretty sure they are trying to make some improvements, considering other parts of the property are well maintained.
