Sandrine me recebeu muito bem, foi muito simpática e me deu dicas da cidade.
Rua calma e bem perto de tudo. Dá pra ir a pé tranquilamente para a parte antiga da cidade.
Très bel hôtel dans un quartier tranquille et proche du canal du Midi, très proche du centre. A 20 mn à pieds de la forteresse via une belle promenade au sein de cette ville de caractère. Hôtel très agréable avec de grandes chambres climatisées, idéal pour qq jours de vacances :)
Very handy for the train station.
It was easy from here to walk around old and new Carcassonne.
The room was old fashioned but in a very charming way. The bed was very comfortable which is a huge bonus after travelling.
The staff were always friendly and helpful. They looked after my bag after checking out as I had a few hours until my train. It all felt safe and secure.
It is at the end of a long quiet back street which felt intimidating on first impression but once used to the location realised it's 2 minutes from the main avenue and was actually fine.

We needed an overnight stay to secure the airport shuttle early next morning. Reception staff were super friendly, very accommodating and full of attention & information , the hotel was easily accessible from the train station and our stay was quiet!
Would absolutely return for a quick stop over in Carcassone.
We were travelling with a buggy and it’s not always easy to move around with it but we managed to make it upstairs with the lift !

La localización es muy buena al lado de la estación de tren, a 20 minutos andando de el castillo. Muy buena atención por parte de las empleadas que hablaban un poco de español.
Desayuno dulce y salado con muchas opciones dulces por 11 euros. Aunque salado poco.
Cama cómoda en general, limpia.
Wifi incluido funcionaba bien.
Cogimos la opción con terraza amplia que no nos dió tiempo de disfrutar pero estaba bien y limpia.
Limpieza y toallas bien.
Aire acondicionado bien.
Tenía secador de pelo.
Las almohadas eran muy duras y grandes.

Old fashioned room with more modern bathroom was well thought out and spacious. Very pleasant English speaking staff and map and airport bus timetable provided at check-in. Buffet breakfast good. Quiet location was handy for the railway station and a 25 minute walk to the Citadel.
Shower good but cubicle a bit too compact.

We were very happy with the hotel and the room. It was well located near the train station which was important to us. It was an easy walk to the historic part and also lots of restaurants nearby.
They were also happy to look after our bags while we went exploring during the day.
The man at reception and at breakfast (same person) was excellent.
There was nothing we didn't like.
Per essere una struttura di tipo "turistico' si è rivelata superiore alle aspettative. Camere e servizi non grandi ma confortevoli e puliti, personale gentile e accogliente, colazione da pagare a parte (11 E.) ma buffet con ampia scelta dolce /salato e prodotti di qualità. A due passi dalla stazione e le principali fermate degli autobus, 20/30 minuti a piedi dalla cite' medievale.
