Very helpful man on reception.
Room basic but sufficient.
Location is fantastic near the Castle and lots of plazas.
The staff were very friendly and helpful. I did an overnight stay, as a solo traveller, for an early flight the following morning. The staff helped me understand when and where to get the airport shuttle, which was not much more than a 5 minute walk.
The hotel is well situated in the city with easy access to shops and restaurants and also to some of the sights.
The room was lovely with tea and coffee making facilities. It was also very quiet. The air on in the room was good- it was 36C outside the day I arrived, but I felt very cool in my room.
There was a good variety at breakfast with a lovely relaxed atmosphere and staff nearby to help if needed.
Easy check in and check out.
Would go again…and will recommend it to my friends.
Ubicación relativamente cerca para principales atracciones. Caminando media hora hacia el castillo. buen desayuno
no tenía parking. Debimos dejar el auto en un parking público en la calle. Afortunadamente no pasó nada.

Hotel vicino alla stazione dei treni (comodo per spostarsi in treno) e a circa 25 minuti piedi dalla citta medievale. Camera ampia con un bagno grande e comodo. Personale gentile con possibilità di depositare le valigie dopo il checkout.

Alla reception il personale è stato gentilissimo e molto accomodante. La stanza era pulita, con un letto comodissimo.
La struttura è vecchia e le stanze andrebbero rimesse a nuovo. Nonostante ciò, si vede l’impegno per renderle comunque accoglienti e tenerle ben pulite.
L’accueil était très agréable, l’emplacement était parfait et le garage à vélos très pratique.

Très bon accueil, une chambre très spacieuse et très bien équipée (petit frigo, bouilloire...). L'hôtel est situé à 20 minutes à pied de la citadelle, très pratique de tout faire à pied.
Un peu de bruit car la fenêtre donnait sur les climatiseurs.

We booked this hotel as it was near the station and we had a lot of luggage. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was a good size.
We had air con but it didn't work well and we stayed during the heatwave so we were a bit hot. The area around the hotel as it was near the station was a bit unpleasant but it was very walkable from the station.
L' hotel e' in una posizione comodissima, a due passi sia dalla piazza principale che dalla stazione.Non do 10 solo perche il condizionatore in camera non funzionava bene e c' era molto caldo.
Le signore della reception sono state fantastiche, eccezionali, abbiamo dormito una notte ma ci hanno dato la possibilita' di usufruire del deposito bagagli gratuitamente anche il giorno del volo di rientro pur non soggiornando piu' nella loro struttura .Ancora grazie.
