Дівчатка адміністратори ввічливі та привітні, при необхідності, допоможуть і порадять в будь якому питанні.
Обслуговуючий персонал чемний, не нав'язливий, завжди посміхнуться і побажають гарного дня.
Номер в мене був не великий, проте чистий та комфортний як на одну особу.
Сніданок був більш ніж достатньо. Вибір на будь який смак. Шведський стіл. Дуже смачно.

Cons:

Wifi не дотягував до номера.
В душі полички з шампунем, кондиціонером, гелем зафіксовані зависоко (а в мене зріст 170 см) і сама душова кабінка підтікала. Герметизація скла неякісна.

Good location and great staff
Pros:

Reception and breakfast staff were friendly and welcoming. Bed was comfortable and clean. Shower area was also clean, but floors could've been cleaner as they were a bit sticky and not suitable for barefoot walking. Small balcony best suited to smokers as no view, only penthouse rooms have a view. Hotel is centrally located in Alicante within walking distance of marina, train station and central market. It is probably best suited to business travellers.

Cons:

Sticky floors not cleaned properly. Air conditioning restricted to 20 degrees minimum, so not very effective. Pool is a jacuzzi suitable for cooling off only, not swimming, opens at 11am. Room could be very noisy, made worse by landing windows being left open so lift operation noise carried.

Es war sehr schön. Habe für mich alleine gebucht und die Stadt , die Lage das Hotel alles sehr schön 😊

Cons:

Naja, für den Preis war die Klimaanlage nicht so gut. Man konnte kühler einstellen aber leider kam nicht so viel Luft raus.

La recepcionista nos dijo que habíamos tenido suerte y nos había tocado una habitación más grande de lo habitual, y la sorpresa fue al abrir la puerta y entrar... la habitación era muy pequeña. Muy calurosa y ruidosa, no se podía dormir por la noche, aparte de la cama que era muy pequeña e incómoda.
