Expectations v reality disappointing
Pros:

Receptionist absolutely fantastic and a credit to the hotel.
The cleaners again an absolute credit to the hotel. Lovely ladies.
The view from the room.
The beds was comfortable.
Towels clean.
Pool clean.
Parking free but limited.

Cons:

Lift to 4th floor only but balcony rooms on the 5th so nearly impossible for people with mobility issues and an absolute no go in wheelchairs.
No coffee machine.
No kettle.
No food allowed in the rooms.
No drinks allowed in the rooms.
Breakfast quite limited.
Pizza bar at the pool closed all day.
Better facilities in small independent establishments.
No one comes to ask if you would like a drink whilst at the pool.
Very disappointing for the money paid.
Expectations were not met at all.

Struttura sufficiente
Pros:

La cosa più bella è il panorama mozzafiato. Stanze comode.

Cons:

Devi prendere sempre la macchina, la struttura non è vicinissima al lungomare ed ai locali commerciali. Per quanto riguarda il bagno purtroppo devo metterlo tra le cose negative non potevi fare la doccia perché l'acqua usciva tutta fuori dalla stanza. Colazione sufficiente potrebbero fare di meglio. Piscina non bellissima come in foto.

Pros:

Everything was perfect except dat I had to pay in Albanien Lek. Witch is normal but I had made the reservacion to pay with credit card in Euro's.
They charged me as 1 euro ===> 95 Lek while all other Hotels and resturants charged me 1 euro as 91/92 Lek.

Ci siamo trovati benissimo, la comodità di avere il mare proprio difronte, non ha prezzo, inoltre abbiamo fatto una colazione super ricca, c era di tutto, alla reception il personale è davvero eccezionale

Pros:

Lokalizacja ,zdala od centrum. Prywatna plaża Hotelowa. Leżaki i parasole w cenie. Polecam wycieczke motorówką na wyspę, zwiedzanie i nurkowanie.

Cons:

Śniadania codziennie te same składniki, oliwki czasem nie nadawaly sie do jedzenia. 1 rodzaj wędliny( mozna by zmienic co któryś dzien ). Kawa słabej jakości, personel nie nadążal z uzupełnianiem składników. Melon, pomidory nie dojrzałe. Pan strażnik na plaży , męczący, parę razy w ciągu dnia prosi o karte i numer pokoju. Nie można zostawiać reczników - rezerwować leżaków. Ale sam o 7 rano rozkłada parasole i rozkłada ręczniki w pierwszym rzędzie ,dla gości hotelowych za łapówkę ( 1000 leków).
Nie polecam zamawiania piwa na plaży, koszt 450 leków. W hotelowej restauracji 300 leków, sklepik około 800 metrów za tunelem 150 leków. Nie polecam pokojów z widokiem na góry - zarośnięty teren z hotelami powyżej. Trochę za dużo śmieci wokół hotelu ( Ale to jest Albania)

La struttura si presenta come un 4 stelle ma nn ha nulla di neanche 1 stella unica cosa che salvo è la posizione sul mare il resto è terrificante iniziamo dalla piscina sporca, verde sui bordi della piscina ruggine ovunque manutenzione o forse meno di zero area giochi per i bambini pieno di pericoli mattonelle a terra rotte propio sotto le altalene dei bimbi altalene con catene arrugginite comunque se vanno i controlli lo chiudono indecente lettino sporchissimi con cuscini pieni di macchie camera tende macchiate specchi sporchi ragnatele ovunque veramente un indecenza io ho passato solo una notte e all’alba sono andata via però veramente da denuncia
