Don't stay
Pros:

The owner really rude told us to be quiet with kids but older generations were still loud

Cons:

Weird smell. Really rude owner.

Pros:

It was lovely the whole thing , just a few things I would change and breakfast was really good and service fantastic

Cons:

Bed was to small
You could hear everything from next door even down to footsteps at 5am and TV but that was motel part not hotel

Fantastic place to stay!
Pros:

Fantastic decor and spotlessly clean. Owners and staff hospitable and friendly they all work well as a team. Breakfast was fresh, hot and with lots of choice. Room itself had supplies for towels, toiletries, tea, coffee etc. Every last detail was thought of.

Cons:

Nothing at all.

Only there for 18 hours on business but will return at a later date for a few days rest & relax.
Pros:

Just perfect for the one night stay & Thanks to the lovely staff & breakfast was lovely !!

Exceptional hotel and staff.
Pros:

The host and staff were brilliant. Nothing being any trouble. Hotel was spotless. Breakfast was second to none with multiple choices. A beautiful setting with a small but hospitable courtyard outside the well stocked bar.

Cons:

The only small “hitch” was the tv aerial is a bit frayed causing the picture to pixelate at times.

Perfection
Pros:

The friendliness of the owners and staff and the trouble they go to to make my stays with them so perfect . Nothing is too much for them. As a single traveller I feel safe and comfortable from the moment I arrive . Best hotel in Great Yarmouth by far . And there are lots of places to eat within a stones throw , if you want a takeaway they are more than happy to give you plates and cutlery . In my case I always save myself for the magnificent breakfast with homemade sweet treats and high quality local produced served up in a delightful break room .

Wonderful will stay again when in Great Yarmouth
Pros:

The staff were amazing ! Nothing was to much trouble from parking the car to check-in from breakfast to check out what an excellent team !!
Even the cleaners were helpful and friendly

Pros:

The room was lovely and spotless. Breakfast was great,we were served fruit platters, offered scones and muffins. Cooked breakfast was very tasty. Would highly recommend.

Ok..
Pros:

Breakfast was very nice .. staff were very nice and helpful room was good ..

Cons:

Bathroom was dated and no handle to help get in and out of shower not very good when the bath was wet …noisy road with motorcycles speeding along at night at all hours seemed to be making a noise on purpose ..and it was a shame there was no chef for evening meals ..
