Pros:

Le calme, le personnel était très chaleureux et disponible.

It was a last minute booking for one night but we were comfortable

It was in a good location , very clean and comfortable

Cons:

Didn’t like the entrance as it had lots of bike stuff in the lobby also my room was on the top floor and I have bad knees , I believed I booked a twin room but the beds were made up as double, i didnt get a chance to say a anything as their was t anyone there and we was in and out cox we were at a funeral.

A gem in the Forest
Pros:

Short walk from the airport with bus stop to town just along main road..Remarkably quiet. Minimal airport noise or road noise so good nights sleep. Absolutely superb breakfast with wide choice from cooked and buffet. Probably the best breakfasts in the British Isles. very helpful owners and staff and great that we could hire bikes on site

Cons:

Bit dated and in need of revamp of decor but perfectly clean.
The casters on the beds meant they kept sliding across the floor. Brakes or wedges on them would have been useful
Swiss bikes took a little getting used to but that's a minor niggle

Very helpful staff and management. Easy to find on route to/from airport.

The venue was near a good eatery - in walking distance and the breakfast excellent.

Cons:

Dated decor and furniture , darkish corridors . Two single beds pushed together with a gap !

Es ist ein angenehmes Haus in der Nähe des Flugplatzes mit der Möglichkeit Velos vor Ort zu mieten.
Pros:

Das Zimmer war gross mit einem riesigen Doppelbett. Das Frühstück wurde von sympathischen Angestellten serviert und war sehr schmackhaft. Wir konnten in der Unterkunft E-Bikes für 35 Pfund pro Tag mieten. Der Gastgeber gab uns Restaurant-Tipps und zeigte uns auf der Karte, auf welchen Strassen wir mit den Velos am bequemsten fahren.
Wir haben diese Unterkunft in der Nähe des Flughafens auch gewählt, weil wir am Ende unseres Aufenhalts mit dem Flugzeug zurück in die Schweiz flogen und somit mit dem Bus in wenigen Minuten am Flughafen waren. Die startenden und landenden Maschinen hört man war gut, doch störten sie uns nicht sehr. Der kleine Flugplatz ist nicht sehr geschäftig.

Cons:

Das Fenster unseres Zimmers führte direkt zum Garten, der rege benutzt wurde. Vom Garten aus sah man direkt in unser Zimmer, so dass wir auch tagsüber oft die Vorhänge zuzogen. Dies war aber nicht sehr störend.
Der Garten wurde auch abends rege für Treffen unter den Gästen benutzt doch wurde die Nachtruhe gut respektiert.

Für eine Nacht aushaltbar
Pros:

Das Frühstück war gut und der Aufenthalt im Garten ist angenehm.

Cons:

Das ganze Haus ist in die Jahre gekommen gut.
Das Bad ist so klein, dass die Tür gegen das Waschbecken stößt. Alles wirkt alt und teilweise eklig.
Es gibt einen Platz für den Wasserkocher, jedoch keine Steckdose.

Einfach perfekt für unsere 5 Tage wandern auf Guernsey
Pros:

Top Lage, Fußläufig zum Flugplatz, Bushaltestelle direkt vor dem Haus. Frühstück sehr reichhaltig, besonders die warm zubereiteten Varianten von Eierspeise und englischem Frühstück. Großer Garten mit Sitzgelegenheiten. Die Bar ist bis 21 Uhr geöffnet. Wirklich sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal.
