Good location. Very spacious with huge pool although we didn’t use it

Para além de a porta da casa de banho do quarto não ter maçaneta, a casa de banho encontra-se demasiado antiquada e o quarto revelou-se bastante dececionante. Pelos ângulos das fotografias, parecia ser mais espaçoso, moderno e confortável, mas a realidade ficou muito aquém do que era transmitido.
Reservei esta estadia na expectativa de proporcionar um fim de semana especial aos meus pais, mas a verdade é que ficaram bastante desiludidos. Chegaram mesmo a comentar que têm muito mais conforto em casa. Infelizmente, a experiência não correspondeu às expectativas criadas pela apresentação do alojamento.

Great hotel for a short stay in Chaves
Pros:

Great location. Loads of parking within the hotel grounds which was ideal for our motorcycles. Rooms were fine. Staff were great. Outside pool and pool bar were a bonus during our stay when the weather was sunny and very warm. Breakfast was good too.

A beautiful spot to stay for a couple of nights taking a break on a tour of Iberia.
Pros:

Lovely room in an old fort. Clean bathroom and effective air conditioning. The building is interesting in its own right, and the location is great for looking round the old town and the roman bridge. Well stocked bar and friendly staff. The pool was cold, but a nice area for chilling in the sun or shade.
