Obiekt pod względem opieki nad klientem wypada bardzo dobrze. Zarówno zameldowanie przystępne i łatwe do zrozumienia. Sprzątanie codziennie wykazuje duże zainteresowanie komfortem pobytu. Polecam serdecznie

Hotel Milagrosa review
Pros:

A clean apartment but with a lot of ants on the balcony. A pleasant and friendly staff at the reception desk. Breakfast was satisfying but you have to come very early in the morning because later there's just leftovers.

Cons:

The room was spacious but too bright with an uncovered small window on the other side of the room (near the toilet) - didn't know about that when making the reservation. An extremely bad water pressure in the shower, we could barely wash ourselves.

Pros:

Excelente hotel, perfecta ubicación cerca de la playa, el personal amable y atentos en todo momento. El servicio de desayuno tambien muy agradables y buena comida, habitacion limpia y cómoda, lo recomiendo 100% y repetiría sin dudarlo !!!

Een super fijn verblijf.
Pros:

Dicht bij het centrum,dicht bij het strand en de schone kamers.

Cons:

Parkeren was iets verder weg,maar ook goed geregeld door het hotel met een mooie prijsafspraak.

Pewnie dużo zależy od szczęścia, nam go zabrakło
Pros:

Na plus zdecydowanie zasługują bardzo dobra lokalizacja oraz czystość obiektu.

Cons:

Niestety pobyt bardzo mnie rozczarował. Odniosłam wrażenie, że zrobiono wszystko, aby gościowi było jak najmniej wygodnie.

Wybrałam ten obiekt, ponieważ liczyłam na kameralny, butikowy hotel z duszą i historią – właśnie takie miejsca najbardziej lubię. Niestety obsługa i organizacja pobytu całkowicie zepsuły to wrażenie.

Jeszcze przed przyjazdem prosiłam o możliwość wcześniejszego zameldowania – nawet za dodatkową opłatą. Zero odpowiedzi. Na miejscu jedynie wskazano tablicę z informacją, że check-in rozpoczyna się o 15:30, bez próby znalezienia jakiegokolwiek rozwiązania. Po bardzo długiej podróży z Kolumbii, z dzieckiem i po nieprzespanej nocy z powodu jet lagu, skończyło się na spaniu na ławce w parku, ponieważ recepcja jest bardzo mała i nie ma tam miejsca, aby komfortowo poczekać.

Dostaliśmy pokój naprzeciwko windy, przez co było bardzo głośno. Każde otwarcie drzwi windy było słyszalne, a od samego rana panie sprzątające skutecznie budziły mnie i dziecko. Klimatyzacja ledwo działała – w pokoju przez cały pobyt było bardzo gorąco.

Równie uciążliwe okazało się wymeldowanie już o 11:30. Tym bardziej, że już ok 10.00 dobijały się sprzątaczki.

Recepcja była mało komunikatywna. Dopiero w trakcie pobytu przypadkiem dowiedzieliśmy się, że na dole znajdują się łazienki z prysznicami oraz miejsce, gdzie można wygodnie usiąść. Nikt z obsługi nie wspomniał o tych udogodnieniach, choć mogły znacząco poprawić komfort oczekiwania. Panowie w recepcji sprawiali również wrażenie mało sympatycznych i niezainteresowanych pomocą.

Ottima posizione per visitare le principali attrazioni di Alicante. La spiaggia "El Postiguet" si trova a 5 minuti a piedi. Staff molto gentile e disponibile. La pulizia eccellente. Noi abbiamo scelto la mezza pensione e siamo rimasti davvero entusiasti perché al ristorante "la Cova", dove si fa colazione e si cena, si mangia davvero bene. La nostra camera aveva una vista bellissima sulla basilica di Santa Maria e sul castello di Santa Barbara.
