Pros:

* Excellent location with easy access to everything we needed.
* A very useful feature was the shower facilities available after our very early check-out. This made our departure much more comfortable. Thank you!
* After the issue with our room, the hotel offered us complimentary breakfast as compensation, which we appreciated. The staff made an effort to acknowledge the inconvenience. Thank you!

Cons:

We booked a room that was clearly described on Booking.com as having 2 single beds. Instead, we were given a room with a bunk bed.
* After contacting Booking.com, we were informed that a bunk bed should not be classified as two single beds. In addition, the room listing did not include any photos showing a bunk bed, so there was no way to know this before arrival.
* The room description should accurately reflect the actual bed configuration so that guests know exactly what they are booking and can make an informed decision.

Pros:

La posizione centralissima, la pulizia generale e la cordialità dello staff

Cons:

Camera molto piccola, colazione pessima poco assortita e senza la possibilità di avere una bevanda calda come del latte o un cappuccino. Ero stato un anno fa nella struttura di fronte vil5 della stessa proprietà decisamente migliore

Pros:

Close to the beach and great walking distance to everything

Cons:

We was on the ground floor so could hear a lot of banging early in the morning (maybe the cleaning which obviously couldn’t be helped)

Pros:

Fantastic location, very clean, comfortable stay and plus side with the world cup on room TV had British Channels BBC plus ITV and coffee and tea facilities.

La cosa che mi è piaciuta di più è stata la comodità di poter fare una doccia prima della partenza. Inoltre, al ritorno dal mare, quindi prima di partire lo staff mette a disposizione anche gli asciugamani, un servizio davvero molto apprezzato. La colazione è buonissima, ricca e abbondante, il tutto accompagnato da una vista eccezionale. Un’esperienza davvero piacevole

Una sosta di riposo nel nostro viaggio.
Pros:

La posizione vicinissima al centro in ZTL con possibilità di parcheggio gratuito e la disponibilità dello staff della reception che ci ha accompagnato personalmente al parcheggio. Camera piccola, ma accogliente, pulita e comoda con una cabina doccia veramente grande.

Cons:

Direi tutto benissimo.
