From check-in, the atmosphere was very positive. The reception was friendly and helpful.

📍 Location 8/10
Very close to the beach, with many shops, restaurants, and bars. There is a bus stop to Palma and El Arenal. If you want to explore the island, renting a car is the best option.
🏠 The one-bedroom apartment with a sea view was very spacious and bright. It was well-equipped and cleaned thoroughly every day. The only suggestion I have is for an extra thick mattress cover for the bed in the bedroom. Unfortunately, the mattresses tend to slide apart, and you can feel the sharp ends of the springs digging into your body. We had a room on the 4th floor, but we still enjoyed the expected sea view. The balcony was also spacious with comfortable chairs!
🏊 There are 3 outdoor pools. They weren't very crowded, so there were always sunbeds available.
However, our favorite was the 🏊 extra indoor pool. We spent a lot of time by the sea, so it was nice to cool off inside with air conditioning and slightly cooler water compared to the heated outdoor pools.
🥞🥘 We booked the half-board option. We enjoyed the breakfasts. A big plus was the ability to take an extra portion for our son, who wanted to sleep in and stayed in the apartment in the morning. You just need to ask the staff for this option and an extra container. Each day for a week, we had a different lunch option, which we liked. We always found something for ourselves. The only cuisine we didn't enjoy was Mexican, but that's just not our preference.
It was a great experience watching the FIFA World Cup 2026 with other hotel guests, especially the special moment when Spain won 🇪🇸 🎇🏆.
Besides that, we only attended one show in the evening. We really enjoyed the performance by the acrobat brothers from Kenya. However, on other days, we felt that the entertainment was mostly geared towards small children… a bit too boring for teenagers, with the same songs repeated.
Overall, positive feedback.

Location was great, it wasn't the centre so it was quite and less ppl.
The room was big and cleaned every day. The was a water station. When I asked for a beach umbrella - the one was given! The stuff is very nice and polite. And we have an extremely great sea view.

Cons:

We didn't have WiFi on the 5th flour - it was always CONNECTED WITHOUT INTERNET. I reached with this to the reception and they promised to check but it looks like it's just how it is. This is the only thing I was very disappointed...
The balcony door was broken so it didn't close, fortunately we had a safe box which was included to the price. Usually you need to pay for it, which is weird.
It was a bit dirty - sand she inner hair sometimes on the floor.

Nära till stranden, tvü pooler varav den ena lite lugnare i en trädgürd med skugga. Ingen hysteri kring solstolarna. Trevlig, hjälpsam personal i receptionen. Vi hade en lägenhet superior med pool- och havsutsikt, den motsvarade fÜrväntningarna. Bland det bästa var att det fanns tre olika vattenstationer där man kunde fylla pü dricksvatten utan att behÜva springa och kÜpa flaskor i affären hela tiden.
Frukosten bra med mycket att välja pü

Bra hotell nära stranden.
Pros:

Nära stranden, tvü poolomrüden, bra frukost, lätt att fü solstol, vattenstationer sü man inte behÜver kÜpa vatten. Poolhanddukar som fick bytas varje dag mot en deposition. Kassasküp fanns pü rummet.

Cons:

Vi bodde pü vüning 3 i mittenbyggnaden mot poolen, där fanns inget tak pü balkongen och dü inte mkt skugga. Droppade vatten och en güng fügelbajs frün taket ovanfÜr. Hade bokat havsutsikt men den var knapp.
Mycket lüngsam poolbar. En person som tar beställningar, tar betalt, gÜr drinkar och gür ut med mat.
Önskade att få rum bredvid vårt sällskap, trots vi bokade 10 månader i förväg blev det inte helt så.
Inget biljardbord som det stod i beskrivningen vilket var en besvikelse fĂśr ungarna.

Todos los servicios que tiene (piscinas, spa, jacuzzi, gimnasio, restaurante...). La atenciĂłn en recepciĂłn. El apartamento es muy bonito. Muy buena ubicaciĂłn.

Cons:

Estuvimos en apartamento y la cocina no tenĂ­a horno. La nevera era pequeĂąa. Pese a esto, lo positivo superaba nuestras expectativas.
