Nice clean a d quite hotel with good staff
A bit of a walk from trains but very close to buses..
Convenient location, good secure car parking, excellent staff, good services.
Rooms could do with upgrading, especially bathrooms.
Food menu adequate but well cooked and excellent service.
Excellent hotel in great location. All the staff are very friendly and helpful. Great place to stay
Bed was comfortable, room was clean
Only one butter bowl for everyone, no milk at the coffee - Breakfast was grand
Location
Tired looking food poor quality
Breakfast was nice
Too noisy. Soundproofing of windows needed.
Comfy bed and a good shower, apparently recently installed
Bathroom bin hadn’t been emptied, no heat available in the room, decor very tired, breakfast buffet not restocked (limited choice) and coffee machine not working.
The location was good
No coffee in the morning at breakfast, to be honest the food was not great ,
Beautiful eatery. Omar and Lai are helpful, understanding and wonderful staff!
The bartender on Wednesday night was rude, didn’t listen to what we ordered. “Miss-heard” I asked for a double shot of a drink. She proceeded to repeat back to me what I asked. Gave me 2 glasses of double shots. I noticed she pretended to give me a double shot in the second glass. I pointed out I asked for 1 double. She claim I ordered wrong I should had said 2 singles. Charges me 4. Singles of £4.90. I paid but wasn’t satisfied with her service.
No ac in our room. Omar was kind to give us 2 fans. Batteries dead in our remote. Bed quality was ok. Pillows smelled sweaty. Shower curtain had mildew.
The Bridge Hotel, Greenford. 26th to 28th May 2026.
I spent two restful nights at The Bridge Hotel from 26th to 28th May 2026, and would be happy to return. It is a roadhouse type hotel from the second great age of Pub building and has been expanded since with a 70s or 80s accommodation block. There is a large, convenient car park and the Bridge is about 10 minutes walk from Greenford station on the Central line. I had a comfortable ground floor room (103) with a bathroom with over bath shower. The shower worked well, and I was able to get the temperature and pressure I wanted. Something that does not always happen. Breakfast is served 7am to 9am, weekdays, and an hour later weekends. Too early for me, I am afraid. There is a large bar and outside terrace, with other function rooms. The bar was quiet when I was there in the evening, it was 34C outside during the day when I stayed there, and the only cask ale on was Rebellion IPA by The Marlow Brewery. A touch sweet and dark for me but perfectly acceptable and in good condition. I have mentioned the heat and am happy to say that the air conditioning did its job while I was there and maintained a good comfortable temperature.
Breakfasts too early for me. But I am a late riser. A minor complaint.
