If the communication from the hotel was better, this would be adequate, but without this quite frankly I seriously would

It had a bed

Cons:

Despite paying for breakfast, there was none available due to ‘a technical issue’ in the kitchen. These things happen and we were told we would be given a refund. However over 2 weeks on and the hotel still never respond. Very poor communication!

generally good staff very good adequate for price paid
Pros:

breakfast was good and plentiful the room was tidy albeit a little dated the bed was comfy and clean the staff were very attentive and would help with anything

Cons:

the bathroom needs a complete overhaul no toilet roll holder no handle on basin tap chipped and rusty bath generally neglected and run down the whole place could do with a complete freshen up

Perfect for a quick to medium length stay.
Pros:

Pros:

Nothing, it will be last time to stay there

Cons:

Do you magin some one come to our room without any notice , just open the door, when we ask the reception they is manger , we ask for feed back, the answer he not available on site, and the other thing we don’t have toilet roll in our room , whet we ask the receptionist for it she tell us to go the pub toilet and take it from there.and the last thing I have to pay for the parking. I never had experience like this before.

Cons:

First hotel I’d ever stayed in that didn’t have air conditioning in the rooms. I had to stay there for business when it was 33° and it was unbearably hot. Staff told me the room is well ventilated but the only air into the room was through a single window that could be opened about 2 inches.
