The lady member of staff at breakfast was quite rude and blunt with us and other guests. Said she's so busy even though there was only five people in the breakfast area. Not enough plugs in the room for devices none near the bed, bed uncomfortable and a lot of noise from a main road outside

I loved that it was both a pub and a hotel. You would find everything you needed there. Iced water was always available and you could get something to eat all day round until 10pm. Super friendly staff.
The closest metro station was a 15 minute walk, although there were closer bus stops. And there was no aircon in our room, it was an extremely hot night but we managed with the electric fan they provided.
Great location for Wembley stadium. The 92 bus just outside and retail center handy nearby.
Lovely staff and helpful
Not a fault of the hotel just too hot as heatwave whilst there and the room was just unbearable the fan not affective and no air con apart from in reception. We ended up checking out in the early hours only and driving home negative was that the staff member didn't ask why we were leaving at such an odd hour which would have given the opportunity for feedback.
Didn't have breakfast but was a great base for travelling to Wembley for concert. Excellent parking facilities and very clean and comfortable hotel room. Staff helpful and friendly and easy access to M4.

Dated decor however clean and tidy

Staff were pleasant and location was good for wembley stadium as close to the 92 bus stop.
The room was dated and carpet stained, decor was also very tired in the room, shower curtain was mouldy around the bottom edges, only bodywash and no shampoo. The mirror was not near any sockets for styling hair. Breakfast was limited and some items of the buffet was cold.
Got put in one of the only rooms with aircon with was very nice in the heatwave!
Staff were all lovely and very accommodating.
Would like it if the windows could open fully but did have aircon so wasn’t an issue for us .

Musieliśmy czekać 1,5 godziny w holu po całym dniu chodzenia na zameldowanie, mimo że dotarliśmy po godzinie 14. Gdy podobno pokój był gotowy po takim czasie i udaliśmy się do góry to napotkaliśmy Panią sprzątającą, która dalej sprzątała pokój. Personel nie bardzo poczuł się do tego żeby przeprosić i zaproponować wymeldowanie o późniejszej godzinie.

The lack of air conditioning was a surprise. A fan was provided but it only circulated the warm air in the room. We had to open the window ,but that wasn't much , to try and get a breeze into the room. having the window open though made it difficult to sleep with all the traffic noise and sirens.
El personal era encantador y dispuesto a ayudar. Muy limpio.
