Some of the most ignorant people ive come across,2 members of staff ok but the tall guy with the glasses is the most rudest man ive come across,not sure if he was a manager.I was so upset on the last morning of our trip,I will not be returning

Pros:

Booked a room for my elderly father for a family gathering, he's not very mobile and was able to book a room on the ground floor with disabled facilities. Staff were really helpful and he thoroughly enjoyed his stay. Will definitely book it again for him.
