Great stay, would stay again
Pros:

Clean, comfortable. Didn't need to interact with staff but when we had to, they were nice and helpful. The 2 sinks, in bathroom area, were great for more people. Comfortable bed!!

Cons:

Not a huge deal but the double room had no where to put bags etc. We utilised the large living area for overflow things but did have to keep putting our bag on and off the bed each day/night.

We chose to stay there as it was close to our daughter but wasn’t worth what it cost to stay there.
Pros:

We liked the location, pool access and security gates at night.
It was spacious and the bedding was very comfortable.
Overall was fine.

Cons:

The decor was a bit old fashioned, the sliding doors to balcony didn’t lock so felt a bit unsafe. The walls, cupboards had dirty marks everywhere. The man running it quite rude as we booked through a 3rd party booking site and not direct.

Lovely stay
Pros:

We liked the detail, eg hooks for clothes, clock to check your time, clothes airer and washer dryer and dishwasher.

Cons:

It was a small second bedroom but we could put the suitcase under the bed

Pros:

Apartment was a good size.
Pool nice.

Cons:

Was very disturbed to have incredibly loud( electric tile cutter ) tradesmen right outside the door at 7.30 am. I booked this place away from the city centre hoping for a peaceful sleep in..grrrr.
If I had known there were renovations happening I would have booked somewhere else. Very disappointed.

Good location for the property easy access and accessibility to the keys nice furnishing inside the apartment spacious and roomy, beautiful balcony

Cons:

What I did not like about the property was the swimming pool spa was not heated. I know it’s still hot out when you come back from some activities you’d like to soak in some hot water and the spa was not available for that.

The cons outweighed the pros on this place, we would not stay here again.
Pros:

Apartment is spacious with a good layout. The pool area is nice and we enjoyed swimming there on hot afternoons. The apartment overall was tidy and clean.

Cons:

There was no one there to check us in. When I called the number listed, a veery rude man demanded my credit card details for a security deposit. He got increasingly more rude and aggressive when I told him I wasn't comfortable giving my card details over the phone. He then threatened to cancel my booking.
The washing machine smelled AWFUL, like someone washed a soiled nappy in it. It smelled so terrible we couldn't use it at all.
The hot water barely got above lukewarm.

Pros:

The afterhours check in with a code to the door was great, and a secured complex with parking.

Cons:

The aircons in the room were too loud to sleep on with. Kids were swimming in the pool at 2:30am. The floors were also sticky and not mopped with a clean mop, also the blanket in the cupboard was old and like something from your grandmothers in the 80's so only had a sheet.
