Exceptional!
Pros:

Am avut o experiență foarte plăcută la Long Street Hotel. Camera a fost impecabil de curată, confortabilă și liniștită. Personalul a fost foarte amabil și atent la nevoile noastre. Cu siguranță vom reveni și recomandăm hotelul cu încredere!

Alles gut gelungen und wir haben uns wohl gefühlt.
Pros:

Sauberkeit, Frühstück und Lage sind top! Die Mitarbeitenden sind sehr freundlich und motiviert.

Cons:

Es hat leider keine richtigen Storen, also ist ab dann wenn die Sonne aufgeht (bei uns gegen 6 Uhr) hell im Zimmer. Das beeinträchtigte unseren Schlaf.

Персонала изключително мил.Препоръчаха ни място за вечеря в центъра на стария град както и в близост до хотела.В самия хотел няма ресторант.Предлагат само закуска,беше изключително богата имаше всичко.Леглата са удобни изключително чисто.С паркинга имахме късмет местата не бяха много , но успяхме да паркираме.До центъра на стария град са 30 мин. пеша валеше , но с приложението за такси се придвижихме за минимална сума до стария град не беше проблем

Pros:

Hotel與舊城區有些距離，若有代步車，會有停車位停車，頗方便。沒開車可搭公車，班次不少。房間設備乾淨簡約，頗舒適，CP值高，早餐豐盛，櫃檯人員服務非常親切殷勤。因我先生不慎將手機遺落在計程車上，飯店人員非常盡責的協助保管計程車司機送回的手機，也協助後續郵寄手機的程序，非常感謝飯店專業溫暖的幫忙，大大推薦。

Przestronne pokoje, bardzo wygodne łóżka. Widok ze wspólnego tarasu na wzgórza nieziemski. Choć kawałek od Starego Miasta to blisko przystanki komunikacji miejskiej. Bardzo smaczne śniadania, kelnerzy bardzo uprzejmi. Wszelkie udogodnienia w pokoju, bardzo dobrze działająca klimatyzacja.

Cons:

W przypadku turystów poruszających się własnym środkiem transportu to liczba miejsc parkingowych jest bardzo mała. Natomiast w przypadku łazienek, cóż osoby znacznych rozmiarów mogą czuć się niekomfortowo w ciasnych kabinach prysznicowych.

Convenient location of the hotel, 4 min. to the center by car or 20 min. on foot. Comfortable room, rich and delicious breakfast. Small parking lot in the hotel yard, have coins to pay for parking on the street.
