LETTO CON DOGHE ROTTE E MATERASSO DA DORMITORIO. CIFRA ALTA PAGATA NON LI VALE ASSOLUTAMENTE. DIRETTORE E STAFF NIN MI HANNO DATO NEMMENO PARZIALE RIMBORSO. DELUSISSIMA ANCHE A LIVELLO UMANO.

Pros:

Im grossen und Ganzen war alles ok, Dusche allerdings sehr renovierungsbedürftig, Schimmel in den Fugen, aussenherum gab es keine Dichtungsfuge, weswegen das Umfeld stark in Mitleidenschaft gezogen wurde, außerdem gab es über dem Bett sehr viele Staubwolken, und bei der Ankuft war niemand an der Reception, obwohl ich mehrmals energisch die Glocke betätige, kam erst nach knapp 10 Minuten eine jüngere Dame und fragte was ich den möchte, zudem ist die Parksituation sowie die Anfahrt vor dem Hotel mit einem PKW chaotisch

A causa di un errore nella prenotazione (camera disponibile e subito dopo non più disponibile) mi è stata spostata la prenotazione al.giono dopo, in meno di 2 minuti avevo già contattato la struttura, mi hanno scritto tramite WhatsApp che avrebbero risolto il problema, da allora li ho contattati via mail, telefono e WhatsApp senza avere risposta e senza avere rimborso. Comportamento molto scorretto e poco profeasionale

Disappointed
Pros:

The bedroom had a terrace

Cons:

The food was quite repetitive. The beds was uncomfortable. The whole place is tired looking and needs updating definitely not a 4 star more like 2/3

The breakfast and the good wifi connection.

Cons:

The bed was bad. The mattress is worn out and you falling into the middle of the mattress all the time. Also I don't like so much electricity flowing near my head...there where do many switches and plugs by the top bed side. Nice would also be the possibility to park the car near the hotel

Faccio una recenzione negativa perchè dopo 5 min dalla prenotazione, mi arriva la conferma via mail e mi accorgo subito che avevo sbagliato la data, ammetto che non avevo scelto la soluzione rimborsabile, però passati appena 5 min dalla prenotazione, provo a richiedere il rimborso ma si avvalgono solo del fatto che non era rimborsabile, invece mi sarei aspettato di pagare un minimo di cauzione ma non l'intero importo e sicuramente von questo comportamento,lo cancellerò dalla lista dei prossimi pernottamenti..
