Pros:

O café da manhã era muito bom, bem servido e com comidas frescas. A localização é perfeita - super fácil de chegar e sair para os lugares em Sultanamet.

Cons:

O quarto no subsolo tinha umidade e tive crises de alergia a fungos, além disso, houve problemas com barulho dos quartos ao lado diversas vezes e havia luz no quarto mesmo com tudo apagado (sprinter antiincêndio piscando durante a noite toda).

A Great Disappointment
Pros:

We had great expectations for our stay here, given its position in the Old Town, the photos and its history as an old Ottoman house.
As soon as we arrived we realised our expectations were not going to be met. The breakfast area was in the foyer, it looked more like a youth hostel.
Our room was a standard room- it looked like a student bedsit from the 1960s. Sparse, small with cheap ‘wooden’ furniture on the 4th floor overlooking a very loud construction site.It was truly awful affording nothing in the way of comfort, and looking nothing like the photos used to advertise the place.
A small tray with 2 cups and a couple of sachets of something sat on the side. When I asked the manager about a kettle- he said hot water was available from a kettle in the lobby- down from the 4th floor!
We sat for an hour deciding what to do coming to the conclusion to move elsewhere.
Fortunately we found another hotel in the Old Town which offered far more in the way of comfort and a proper restaurant.

Όμορφο και άνετο ξενοδοχείο σε πολύ καλή περιοχή
Pros:

Πολύ καλή τοποθεσία, δίπλα στο μπλε τζαμί και την Αγιά Σοφιά, είχε κοντά στάση τραμ για όλες τις περιοχές. Το δωμάτιο ήταν πολύ μεγάλο και άνετο, καθαρό, με όλες τις ανέσεις. Το προσωπικό ήταν πολύ εξυπηρετικό, μας βοήθησε σε ότι χρειαστήκαμε. Η τιμή ήταν ικανοποιητική για το μέγεθος και τις παροχές του δωματίου.

Το μπάνιο ήταν κάπως μικρό

Comfortable apartment in a nice location.
Pros:

The apartment was comfortable, plenty of space for us and our three kids. The location is great, very close to the blue mosque. The staff was friendly and helpful. The wifi and air conditioning worked well.

Cons:

The kitchenette could be stocked better with a couple more plates/bowls and silverware.

Great location, ok for couple days.
Pros:

The location is perfect if you wanna visit most touristic areas and be close to main areas.
Also close to the tram line 1 which goes through all tourist attractions.

Cons:

We had to explicitly ask couple times to clean the room otherwise it was not cleaned as it’s described.
The furnitures are quite old and not the cleanest.
The bathroom was also quite old and the toilet specifically was little broken. Not the best.
The soap and toilet papers were not being refilled so we had to again explicitly ask for those ( sometimes from the cleaning lady)

Istanbul was our first stop on our trip to Turkey and let me just say that Sultan House was so disappointing that it almost ruined our first leg of the trip. First, the check in staff are absolutely miserable and not hospitable in the least. I have never dealt with someone in hospitality that was less friendly. No smiles, didn't offer to help with our bag, acted as if we were an inconvenience (and we checked in during our designated check in time so it was no inconvenience). Then for the room...Let me start off by pointing out that I upgraded our room to a deluxe double. The room looked NOTHING like the photos and I mean NOTHING. It was so small, sheets were thin and didn't look clean, the bathroom was so small that you could barely even brush your teeth, let alone shower! When I pointed out how different it looked in person, the front desk staff said he didn't see a difference because "it has a bed. what do you want?" Also we encountered two other people at the front desk during our 4 night stay and they were all awful and unfriendly. The location is great but there are MUCH nicer places in the area that actually live up to expectations. DO NOT STAY here.

Es war sehr angenehm. 2 Minuten von Sultan Ahmet Cami entfernt. Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich die Organisation mit Abholung und Rückfahrt zum Flughafen, super Shuttle-Service. Kontaktaufnahme direkt nach der Buchung. Super Preis-Leistung-Verhältnis!

Pros:

It's walking distance to hagia sofia,blue mosque and surroundings. Clean and nice breakfast and staff too
